Perfect location. Easy access to Estes Park and RMNP.BEAUTIFUL SETTING. Hot tub was amazing after our long drive. Nice firepit, great deck. And the sound of the river. Amazing peaceful. Highly recommend

Perfect Property and Location

We couldn't be any happier with the property or the service! The place was amazing and exactly as described. The owner was kind, courtesy, and very responsive! I wouldn't change a thing! I stay in Estes Park a few times a year and have never found a property I loved enough to stay at again, until now! I will stay here everytime I come from now on!!!

Over all an amazing stay. Spilled some water on the floor unloading when we first got there and used paper towels to wipe it up and was surprised at how dirty the floor were. Also every plate we grabbed to eat off of the first night all had food residue on them. Besides that which is pretty minor the stay was breath taking, the property was gorgeous. Excellent gas grill we used two nights with zero issue. No worries on keeping things cold as the fridge was a beast!
