Calypso is located on the west end of the beach adjacent to Panama City Beach Fishing Pier and the Pier Park shopping & entertainment center, with a 24 Cinema movie complex, small specialty shops such as Ron Jon Surf Shop, Borders Book Store and large department stores such as Target, JC Penny, Dillards, Old Navy and Wal-Mart. Pier Park’s entertainment and restaurants options include Tootsie's Famous Orchid Lounge, Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dave & Buster's, The Back Porch Seafood House, among many other shops and restaurants. It is only a few miles to outlet shopping in Destin and Seaside.

9 foot ceiling throughout, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, all major and small appliances, and full size washer and dryer a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

This Ocean Front Condo is approximately 1300 sq.ft. of living space. You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets off the large balcony. The living room and master bedroom overlook the Ocean and have private access.

Perfect location

My family was very happy with this condo. Plenty of room for a family of 5 and great location if wanting to be close (couple minute walk) to Pier Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our large family vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The 2 King Size beds the Set of Full Size Bunk Beds with a twin pull out and Queen Sofa Sleeper were all very comfortable. We loved the 2 Sets of Free Beach Chairs and beach service that saved us about $750 because we always rent them when we come to PCB. We recommend this condo and ECDI the property manager was very responsive to our emails and we will be back!

Perfect location and Clean

We had a wonderful time staying here and the Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The location being right next to Pier Park made walking to everything a breeze. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

The location was great. The condo was out dated and the beds were horribly loud. Couldn't wait to get home to my own bed. The condo wasn't worth the money but the Tiki bar at the resort and the location by Pier Park made up for the lack luster condo.

Nice little getaway after Drag Racing in North Florida

Check in was on time. Garage will not let you in until exactly 4pm. No early entry. Great location to everything in PCB. Short drive to anywhere. Would stay again, but would recommend a better cleaning company.

We checked your parking pass and it was set to let you in prior to 4:00 PM CST maybe you came from a different time zone or there could have been a malfunction with the gate? Regardless we are sorry you had that problem. We did not get any calls from you or emails either so cannot respond about the recommendation to get a better cleaning company. We have contacted the housekeeping company and asked them to be sure their inspector does a more thorough job checking the condo after the housekeepers is finished.

October Stay

Location is great--we loved being on the 15th floor. Balcony was great size but could use another side table if more than 4 people. Living room furniture looked newer and was very comfortable. Kitchen has most items necessary for the stay. Beds were comfortable although they squeaked when getting in and out. 2nd bathroom needs fixed--toilet is off the base so rocks back and forth; sink faucet sprays rather than streams. Condo could use a good deep clean. Overall stay was great and we loved the area!

Nice Spring Break

The condo was just like it said. A couple of things I would add is a new mattress in the master bedroom. We actually bought a topper for it because it wasnt very good. Also maybe buy cooking stuff. We cook breakfest and no cooking sheets to bake on. We would more than likely stay again because overall it was big and nice with enough room for what we needed.

We do no agree that the furniture is old and broken down and don't understand your report? All of the living room and dining room furniture sofa 2 recliners end and coffee tables, lamps, Large TV and credenza 6 place dining set and barstools are new this year. Both king mattresses Master and 2nd bedroom were replaced with very nice "Beautyrest Black Seriesl One" models. Also the washer and the dryer were replaced with new units after your stay.
