It also features a breakfast bar with seating for two, where you can serve easy meals & snacks to get the kids fed and out the door where adventure awaits.

PARKING You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.
PANORAMA SHUTTLE The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although a maximum of two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Great condo- very organized check-in and instructions. The ground level condo with walkout to a patio was great for our dog and for storing beach gear. The hosts were very responsive and were great helping with a forgotten item. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea and everything needed for meal prep.
Property was as advertised and being on the bottom floor with a walk out patio was great for our dog! Great location to walk to the beach and playground.
Good central location to most things in invermere. Easy check in/out. Ground level was perfect for our dogs! Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking etc.
Would definitely stay here again!!
A spacious condo at a reasonable price in the heart of Invermere, close to golf courses and beach. All amenities were well provided. The only concern was that we were unable to adequately control the temperature in the unit, especially overnight, when the temperature did not cool below 23C.
The place was so cute and perfect for a little get-a-way and the pool access was just a cherry on top! Also so nice it was dog friendly and only a few minutes walk from the beach! We will definitely be back!
The property is located very close to the Whiteway and Panorama. The green space directly off the ground floor unit was great for the dogs. Booking and stay were completely frictionless with the property managers. Would definitely stay again!
The unit is very comfortable and clean. We really liked the back deck set up and spent a lot of time out there. The pool area is great and quite large so it wasn’t an issue getting a seat. The beach is so close, it was really nice to be able to walk over and spend a few hours there. We would definitely return to this complex/unit!

close to eating options. patio was noisy due to traffic. ground level made it easy access to dog walkable area. could have done a better job of cleaning in bathroom and floors.
We had a great stay here in Invermere. We were travelling with our dog so this spot was perfect for us backing right onto the dog run. It was wonderful to have air conditioning and we enjoyed the extremely short walking distance to the beach and to some great restaurants and places to rent boats. (Try Fuze for takeout - it’s delicious). The furniture was extremely comfortable and the place was as advertised and well appointed. We will be back!
The best thing was that we were a 3 minute walk to the
beach. The beach was clean and the sand had few rocks. I didn’t need my sandals in the water! And when we got back to the condo it was wonderfully cool inside. The best of both worlds. The beds were comfortable and we had great family meals. Downtown was close and the shopping was fun. We wish we could have stayed longer.
Just got back from a week staying at this property and was a great stay. Location to the lake, beach, pool, and other businesses is perfect to walk or bike. Previous reviews and description are accurate and only downside was the patio being right next to the busy main road, however, it never bothered us at night and you got used to it - the ground level is great for pets and the condo never really got any hot sun which was awesome as it was a very warm week. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent. We definitely would stay again.
Upon check-in, people answered the door of the booked condo. Sent to stay the night in another suite. No explanation of why the double booking. Were they squatters? Did this room get double booked? If they checked into the wrong room, why did they have our room's door code and indicated they had stayed there for a few nights? This has never happened before at any hotel or resort we've stayed in throughout the word. So, be very cautious if considering this. Hopefully this is a one-off and the owners check the suites daily from now on to avoid this from happening again.
The room was fine, but it's hard to have a pleasant stay when it starts off like this.

Don’t waste you money
It was 100+ F the week I stayed - June. Pool was out of service. This wasn’t communicated to me beforehand nor was I offered a discount. I was instead told the hot tub was available. I don’t really enjoy hot tubs during heatwaves.There’s a lovely lake within walking distance but dogs aren't allowed, even on leash. Bbq old & broken. Sink & shower didn't drain. Condo right beside busiest road in town. Traffic and semi noise was constant. Best part was dogs were allowed. I wouldn't stay here again. Too much money when I could have had a whole cabin, pool, dog friendly lake etc just up the highway in Fairmont for the same price.
This is a lovely, clean, well stocked, condo that was a pleasure to stay in. We had our little dog with us and it was very convenient to take her out just off the deck where there was grass and a fence. Communication with the owner was stellar. We definitely would stay here again.
Location was good, close to just about everything, walk to downtown is very uphill but nice. Public beach is quite nice but heads up they do not allow dogs. Place is well kept, and surprisingly quite for backing onto a main road didn't notice the traffic in the unit at all. Outside it was a bit noisy but they had diverted the trans Canada so I'm sure we stayed with very heavy traffic and still wasn't bad. Best pet friendly I've stayed in, this was probably my dog's last vacation and it was a really good one he was quick to settle which can be a challenge, behind this unit was really the only place to take him on his short walks but it is a large step down from the patio. Pool and got tube were close most of the trip but when they opened it was very nice but busy over the long weekend, seemed like there was no one all week then the long weekend hit and it was very busy but to be expected over all would recommend the unit. Renters were very quick to respond and very helpful, super easy check out.
