Lake Windermere Pointe is a well known development in Invermere, a perfect year round family vacation destination. This unit is a two minute walk to the James Chabot Provincial Park - public beach, playground, picnic tables, grassy areas and public washrooms. You are a 10 minute walk up the hill to main street Invermere which offers a host of unique shops and restaurants nestled in a Bavarian/European influenced setting. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs and exercise room that are part of Lake Windermere Pointe.

After a day on the slopes or hitting the greens you can indulge yourself at either Fairmont Hot Springs or Radium Hot Springs. These two world renowned natural, mineral hot springs/spas are open year round and are the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate yourself. For those looking for more adventure, I can tell you how to hike into some completely natural hot springs bubbling out of the side of a mountain at 104 degrees.

The Valley area also includes numerous amusement parks for kids, including miniature golf, horseback riding, bowling, go-carts and river rafting.

Great Family vacation

We have stayed at this property for our family vacation the last 2 summers. Nice condo, with underground parking, air conditioning and stocked with supplies. Very good location, close to the beach, golf and downtown. Owners are great to work with.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. It's in a great location and has everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs were a great place to end the day. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching a deer walk right by us. Would definately reccomend this property.

Amazing Stay

Our family had an amazing time! The condo was fully stocked with everything you needed. Our family spent everyday at the pool. Family friendly, with lots of new friends for our kids. The lake is a short walk away and close to Provincial Parks for hiking and seeing the beautiful mountains, rivers, and lakes.

Girls trip. Great location. Fully stocked house that had everything we needed. Kleenex was an added bonus which you don’t see very often. Beds were all comfortable. Kids love the bunk beds. Pool and lake were great.

Perfect spot!

Property very convenient main floor condo. Great view from large patio to wetlands and walking distance to the lake. Like many of the condos in this area it could use upgraded mattresses and carpet cleaning more often. It has a well equipped kitchen but found the cupboards very full so not room for extras brought. Easy to book and good communication. We had a relaxing time in this condo.

OUR TIME IN THE ARMSTRONG BUILDING

The property was very clean and up to date. The fridge was stocked well with condiments and the spice cupboard was well stocked. However the 4 to 5 trains going by every morning between 5 and 9 am was very annoying. The wifi was not very good and the people sating up stairs were very noisy. We have stayed in other units on the same property but better situated where there is no noise from the trail and we had great view of the lake rather than marsh elsewhere. The main washroom was part of the the dining area which to me was very strange.

Everything in the unit and complex was good. If any Down fall would be parking but only cause I have a 3/4 ton truck and doesn’t fit underground in provided stall. But made it work!! Place was clean and comfortable. Would stay again

Amazing Place and more

Definitely more than we could of imagined! The condo was great for our family with 5 young children and 3 adults . We spent our time in the pool, at the very close beach with lots of dragonflies, and an extraordinary playground . Walked to downtown with its quaint shops, homemade ice cream , farmers market, skate board park and family music night at pothole park. Lots to do for kids and adults of all ages . We all loved it and were sad to leave it .

One of the best rentals!

This property is beautiful and great for a relaxing get away. The kitchen is very well stalked. The living room very cosy and the beds all comfy. I highly recommend this place. The owners are quick to respond and lovely to deal with.

- Nice unit with ample amenities and wifi - Close to John Cabot beach - A bit noisy for us at night with train passing very close to condo (pack a fan to block the noise) - Hot and stuffy - AC broke making sleeping difficult (owner provided small discount for inconvenience)

We love spending time in Invermere to relax and wind down from our busy life in Calgary. The drive from Calgary gives us time to talk and reconnect about everything going on and the 93/95 highway is beautiful to drive and we have seen an abundance of wildlife.
