The family greatly appreciated this house and its ammenities. 2 living rooms, 2 TV's, alexa on the fridge, washer and dryer, 3 showers (2 tub showers), 3 levels, balcony off the master bedroom, new and clean living space. The house is easy to navigate to and from, with minimal % grade on its residential neighborhood and within 1/4 mile of the grocery store.
My family booked this beautiful house in Leadville for our Christmas get-a-way. My daughter recently moved to Leadville so it made it convenient to stay in town. The house is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Leadville, across from the grocery store, and easy access to the moiuntain and skiing. This tri-level home with an extra living space in the basement was perfect for our family to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was large enough for us all to congregate. Tim, the owner, was easy to work with and access when we had questions. I recommend renting this Leadville property. You won't be disappointed.
