Completely remodeled cozy townhouse in a quiet neighborhood right across from the ocean. Start the day with the morning walk along the beach and enjoy Dinner on the beach at Reefs Restaurant. The townhome is located right between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. At the same time, it is only a10 min drive from the historic downtown of the Ancient city. Staying at Seabreeze, villa you will "kill two birds with one stone" - you will enjoy the beach and explore St. Augustine. After visiting once, you will want to come back. I promise!

Perfect Snowbird Getaway

We were so pleased to have found Seabreeze Villa and can’t thank our Hosts Elena and Gary enough. The Villa is exactly as advertised and we found the quiet residential neighborhood to be perfect. Staying at Seabreeze puts you minutes away from the beautiful beaches and keeps you away from the hustle and bustle of downtown historic St. Augustine. However, you are less than 10 minutes away should you wish to explore the City and all of its history. We especially enjoyed the private fenced yard which was perfect for us to relax in and for our English Bulldog to play safely with out needing to be leashed or on a tie out. I know our Hosts didn’t have control of the weather but it was absolutely beautiful for our entire two week stay! Thank you again Elena and Gary 😊

Great place to stay

Great end unit townhome with a fenced yard for pets! Very close to the beach and minutes from historic downtown. Very clean. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Home away from home!

FABULOUS FAMILY BDAY GETAWAY!

We went here for my daughter's 17th birthday. We walked in to a surprise of complimentary flowers and a balloon just for her!! Seeing her face light up was the best part! The house was clean, filled with snacks on the kitchen bar. It had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, washing, etc. We even had board games! Our host was always prompt to respond to any questions I had. This place was amazing! We will definitely come back again!
