Great Stay and Glam Bath is Very Glam

This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The house was bigger than I expected - which was a wonderful surprise. There are plenty of sleeping spaces and the backyard is lovely and large. The house was easy for my friend to maneuver her wheelchair around. The spa style bathroom in the primary bedroom was such a treat that I extended my stay for a couple of extra days. I was there alone most of the time, I am a woman and I felt very safe. The neighbors are all very kind. The host seems like a nice person and is great at communicating quickly and efficiently. I will rent here again and will also recommend it to friends.

Do not recommend!We found piles of smelly garbage in the garage when we checked in, dirty underwear found in a bedroom closet closet, moldy roasting pan found in the oven, master bedroom comforter had dried body fluids on it, other comforters smelled, one of distinct body odor and walls were stained with questionable looking things. Host was contacted upon our arrival about the garbage and other issues, including sending pictures. He had the garbage removed the next day but didn't do anything about the other issues, saying his cleaners couldn't come because they had a personal emergency. We ended up laundering everything.I contacted him again about the issues and did not hear back until we were sent the check out instructions.Kitchen not stocked with pans, etc... and those that were there were gross. We ended up buying foil pans and supplies from the nearby Safeway.I've used VRBO many times and always had a good experience. This was awful.

Comfortable house in a good neighborhood

Host is generous; kitchen well stocked: coffee, vegetable oil, extra virgin olive oil. Even the paper towel is of good quality. The property is well maintained and located in a good neighborhood.
