About this property

2 minute walk to beach! 3br, 2 Bath.... Dog Friendly!

Large non heated pool installed in 2023 with pavers, sunshade, and sunning deck in the pool.

Each bedroom and the Living room has individual smart televisions with WIFI.

3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. Also has an outside shower!

Kitchen has granite counter tops, new appliances, equipped with standard pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Dishwasher, washer and dryer onsite. Under the house is an outside shower! A widow walk (rooftop deck) provides beautiful views of the Gulf and the surrounding areas!

There is 1 Memory Foam king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and one brand new queen sleeper in living room. Main media center has a 60" LED flat screen with and the Master bedroom has a 47" flat Screen. Each bedroom has its own TV with Free Netflix, Disney and Hulu with Live TV!

With 10-foot ceilings, fresh paint, ceiling fans in all rooms, and new furnishings, it is light and airy with a comfortable modern mix of local art for a fresh look and feel.

We are on the walking/biking path that goes through the whole island so bring your bicycles or walking shoes and enjoy. If you don't bring a bike there are bike rentals and golf carts available a short walk away.

We welcome house trained and well-behaved pets, with a pet fee. The pet fee is used to provide an extra level of cleaning (dog hair etc.) that is necessary after your pets vacate!

Security Cameras onsite are located outside the home. This is for security when no guests are there, but remain in operation full time. No cameras are located in the home.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pule all used towels in the bathroom floors.

All trash must be placed outside in the trash containers. All dishes must be in the dishwasher with the dishwasher started prior to your departure.
Pool is to be used at your own risk. No climbing on balcony, fence, or pool veranda will be allowed and will be cause from immediate eviction.
The house must look (with exception of used linens) like it did when you arrived. Excessive mess will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Our stay was great! We had some difficulty logging on to the WiFi but the host messaged us directly to get us all squared away and even offered some good suggestions for places to visit while we were there. The house was clean and you can’t beat the location.

Great Location very close to beach access

Perfect place and great host

This house worked perfectly for our family of 5 plus a grandparent. Some perks for us were the close proximity to beach, clean house and yard, and the beautiful pool. We loved that our little pup could stay with us. Kevin was always prompt in replies from before our booking in answering questions and throughout our stay.

First time staying on SGI so we didn’t really know what to expect. But this house was perfect for our trip! The house was so close to beach, a nice short walk to the beach. The back deck with table and chairs was amazing! I brought a fan because I thought it might be hot on the back deck but there was ALWAYS a nice breeze. The pool was so peaceful and relaxing! The beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed everything about this property!

Location, location, location

Overall, very nice house. The location cannot be beat--quick walk to the beach access! The pool was clean and refreshing. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for use. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher all worked great. My only critique would be of some of the kitchen utensils. We cook a lot on vacation (weird, I know) and I found some of the kitchen utensils to be old and needing of replacement. But minor issue, I know.

Great Beach House

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Letha's Dream. It was well appointed and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay at the beach. We especially liked the close proximity to the public beach access and enjoyed the beach views and sunset from the widow's walk.

Wonderful place to stay!

First time on the island and we loved it. Such a small community feel. The rental had everything you would need for a successful trip, and the owner was fantastic. Super easy walk to the beach, and the kids loved having the pool. I thought the pool was even bigger than it looks in the photos. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place

It took me awhile to find the right place for a week vacation at SGI but this worked great for us! The beach is super close, the pool is nice and the layout of the house was great for little ones and extended family. You can see the ocean from the back porch or you can go up another floor for a great view! It was easy to cook there and there were a lot of pots/pans etc. we very much enjoyed our stay!

Best Week Ever

My family of four (including a 7 year old and 4 year old) with my in laws had the best time in SGI at this house. The private pool area was perfect for us and the less than five minute walk to the beach was so convenient. We can’t recommend this property (and SGI) highly enough. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Love this place!

Absolutely loved our time here! This house is perfect for our family. We have stayed here several times and it’s always so clean and nice. This year we enjoyed the new pool and we loved the updated decor. It’s a very pretty house in a great location. Great, accommodating host. Will be back! Great week on SGI!
