Enjoy the sunshine of Lely Resort in this well appointed 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom Ole townhome. This home offers resort living at it's finest with hotel like amenities. You'll have access to a semi-private quad pool and also be located just two short blocks from the main resort pool and amenities which include a movie theater, gym, pub and bistro. Looking to say active? You will have no problem here since you can take advantage of many onsite facilities including tennis, pickleball and volleyball. This community is also surrounded by beautiful golf courses and is just a short drive to Naples and Marco Island beaches. Additional information on local attractions and activities can be provided upon booking. Mid stay cleanings are also available for a discounted rate. Come stay with us and enjoy all that South West Florida has to offer!

The HOA requires each tenant to complete a tenant evaluation 2 weeks prior to check in (sometimes this can be expedited, but a faster turn around can't be guaranteed). The fee is $150 and is paid by the tenant via an online portal.
