Duplex conveniently located in the center of town. 5 mins from TCU/TWU, 5 mins from Downtown Fort Worth where there is also a bike lane for avid riders, 10 mins to the the FW Zoo and museums, 10 mins from The Fort Worth Stockyards where movies such as 1883 prequel to Yellowstone were filmed. Cattle drive every day at 11:30am and 4pm. 25 mins from DFW Airport. Perfect 2 bed 1 bath & street parking

Absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Signs of smoking inside of home such as cigarette butts or lingering smoke will result in an added fee/fine of $150 no exceptions. We truly want our home to be a great experience and lingering smoke odor ruins the fresh air and smell of a home, furniture also will be ruined and odors will have to be treated by a cleaning specialist aside from our regular cleaners.

Check out is at 11 am NO EXCEPTIONS, for any time the guest do not leave the property before or by 11 am there will be an added fee of $150. Our cleaners are scheduled to be there at 11am -11:15am, we have new guest to check in at 4pm and it takes approximately 4 hours for a regular cleaning service provided for this property leaving only a few minute of time before the new guest arrive.
