Only a few meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, this apartment is located. The beach and the harbor promenade with the boulevard offer a perfect recreational offer. The spa and leisure Oase Kübomare with sauna and swimming pool is located in the immediate vicinity.
The cozy apartment offers everything you need for your vacation. Here you can relax after an eventful day.
You enter the apartment via a small corridor, adjacent to the open living and dining area.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. You will find a stove with ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishes.
The dining area with 4 seats offers Patz for feasting.
The comfortable living area is furnished with a sofa bed and comfortable armchairs. After an eventful day, put your feet up here, relax or let the day fade away on the balcony. You can enter this directly from the living area. A flatscreen TV with cable, radio and CD player complete the entertainment.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. A spacious closet and 2 bedside cabinets complete the decor of the bedroom.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a hairdryer.
For our younger guests a travel cot with separate mattress and a baby chair is available free of charge.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr nah am Yachthafen, es ist sehr ruhig in der Wohnanlage. Ich weiß nicht, was es ist, aber irgendetwas hat mir an Gemütlichkeit in der Wohnung gefehlt und leider hat das Internet nicht richtig funktioniert.

Die FeWo liegt in einer Anlage, die auch die Parkplätze um das Objekt hat und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sowie die Molli auch!

Tolle Lage, zentral und doch ruhig

Die Wohnung war um 16.20 Uhr fertig, dabei hatten wir die Mitteilung, dass sie spät.um 15 Uhr zur Verfügung steht. Der Ess- sowie auch der Couchtisch hat eklig geklebt und es waren noch Tierhaare auf dem Boden. Wir sind selbst mit Hund, aber man zahlt ja auch viel Geld für die Endreinigung. Ausgestattet war die Wohnung gut. Es fehlten Messer, denke aber, dass mal mehr vorhanden waren. Denn es waren mehr Gabeln als Messer

Für uns mit hund war die lage ungünstig. Der hundestrand war 2.5 km entfernt

Sonst nichts zu beanstanden.nur eben die entfernung zum hundestrand es war deshalb schwierig weil eine Person gehbehindert war

Kühlungsborn ist eine Reise wert und man den Urlaub genießen

Die Lage des Objekts ist wirklich gut und recht zentral,Parkplätze sind genügend vor Ort und der Supermarkt ist auch direkt im die Ecke.Der Strand und die Promenade ist auch in ein paar Minuten erreicht. Einen minus Punkt gibt es doch.....das Geschirr und Besteck war leider nicht genügend gereinigt,da müsste man doch etwas nachbessern. Ansonsten war es eine schöne Zeit. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Immer wieder gerne

Einfaches, aber gemütliches Wohnen. Alles vorhanden, was gebraucht werden könnte. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral zum Strand/Yachthafen und zum Zentrum/Ost. Sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub.

Gut mit Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung liegt super und der Ablauf ist perfekt gelaufen. Sauber war auch alles. Allerdings knarrte das Bett extrem und der Lüfter im Bad ist extrem laut. Davon abgesehen ist jedoch nichts an der Unterkunft auszusetzen. Es ist alles da was man zum Kochen braucht.

Urlaub mit Hund

Schöne kleine Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene mit Hund. Nett eingerichtet, mit allem was man so braucht. Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Super zentral gelegen. Kurzer Weg zum Edeka, Hauptgeschäftsstraße, Bus, Bahn und natürlich zum Strand und Hundestrand. Trotz der vielen Wohnungen ist es sehr ruhig und nicht hellhörig. Wir würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen!

Sehr saubere und ordentliche Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von der Sauberkeit und der geschmackvollen Einrichtung dieser Ferienwohnung. Groß genug für zwei Personen, eine Küche wo alles vorhanden ist was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Schön ist auch der kleine Balkon für das Glas Wein am Abend oder Frühstück. Alle Möbel sind neuwertig und farblich passend, nichts zusammen gewürfelt. Stauraum in den Schränken ist mehr als genug für 2 Personen. Bad leider ohne Fenster aber selbst in Top Hotels ist es nicht anders. Die Lage ist sehr Gut , kaum 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand oder ins Zentrum. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden und kostenlos entweder unmittelbar an der Wohnung oder auf dem Pardeck bzw . Tiefgarage. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen und können Sie nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und dem Verwaltungsbüro war ausgezeichnet, alles sehr professionell abgewickelt auch unsere späte Anreise, kein Problem mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Vielen Dank bis zum nächsten Kurzurlaub....

schöner Aufenthalt

Das App. ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Strandnah, 1. Etage, Parkplatz vorhanden. Kleines Manko: Pfanne bitte ersetzen und die Griffe der Töpfe fest schrauben. Ansonsten alles i.O., können wir weiter empfehlen.
