Beautiful, quiet, and centrally located house with a big back yard and washer and dryer. The house gets a nice breathe from the ocean, but if it gets too hot or cold there is central heating and AC. An amazing location that is minutes from the Rose Canyon, parks, beach, mall, trolley, UCSD and more!

Nice quiet neighborhood. The place was well maintained. The photos represented the place to the tee. The communication with the property owner was flawless. Would definitely stay here again.
