It’s a nice house for a small family located near the beach. I recommend this house and host highly. We did have a little hiccup with the hot-water heater, but it was quickly and fairly remedied. I have no hesitation in giving this an A stay

Home was really well stocked, clean and very close to the beach. Great backyard for kids. We had some issues during our stay, totally out of control of the owner/manager, but they were very quick to respond and offer assistance. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Cocoa Beach House. It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need. Our grand kids loved all the kid friendly areas…especially the mini golf in the back yard. Perfect location with quick beach access and the beach is just beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very welcoming, and had a great location. The beach was an easy walk, with the wagon, umbrellas and chairs all provided. The house was in a quieter area, which was nice to hang out at, after going to any of the many restaurants and bars close by. Would certainly recommend it for any beach lover.
