Quiet retreat with gracious hosts

Very clean property, beautifully decorated and only a block from the beach. Owners Lee and Carly were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Fantastic Staycation!

Carly and Lee were great hosts! Very welcoming, responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Location is excellent, the Boho decor is cute and warming, and very comfortable in many ways. It felt like home away from home!

The accommodations were just as pictured. Comfortable & beautiful 1-bedroom. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooftop sitting area was fantastic with amazing sunset views. The host had plenty of beach items to use. The family dog was a bonus, so very sweet. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Lovely stay

This place was so lovely! We wish we had more time to stay. We were super close to the beautiful beach which made it the perfect stay. The hosts were so nice and accommodating, the property was spotless and the dog was the cherry on top of the cake. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing trip!

We had a great time at Cocoa Boho! Everything looked even better than it did in the pictures. We loved the boho decor and the awesome amenities. Enjoyed riding the bikes each morning and the hosts were super friendly! Would definitely come back!!

This is a nice private property. It is a shared property with the Vrbo being the guest house in the back yard. The rooftop deck was really cool for watching a rocket launch. The yard was overgrown and did not make it welcoming to get to all the amenities like the hammock, grill, picnic table, fire pit, etc.

Just a quick get away to thaw out from the snow. This place was perfect! Location was conveniently located super close to the beach and town. Stocked with everything you could need and more. Excellent communication!

Perfect vacation

The place felt just like home, especially with the dog Torben. Carly and Lee were great to deal with and they knew all the right places to eat! You can't beat a 2 minute walk to the ocean either. We can't wait to come back! The Hernandez Family

Beautiful/relaxing

We enjoyed our short stay. It was very relaxing, the place was very nice, clean, comfortable. I wish it had been longer than one night as to have been able to enjoy the pool and all of the amenities. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the owners!!

Great spot in Cocoa Beach!

This property was the perfect size for the two of us, had so many amenities, and great walking or biking distance to Downtown! The beach was a 2.5 block walk away, and Carly and Lee had everything we needed for a day at the beach — wagon, umbrella, chairs, soft cooler. Only place I will stay in cocoa beach! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Perfect place for two

The owners made it easy to check in and out. It was just me and my daughter. Although the pool and rooftop area are shared with the owners, they only briefly used the pool once, without any interruption to our plan. They provided all of the amenities and really have quite a special place! It’s so close to the beach!! Highly recommend!

December getaway

My husband and six year old daughter escaped the cold Minnesota weather to spend a couple of days at Cocoa Boho. The accommodations were beautiful and the space was perfect for the three of us. The rooftop balcony was my favorite but my daughter and husband loved that the backyard had a pool. Great location and a very easy walk to the beach. Communication with Carly was very easy and the extra amenities offered were great! We would definitely stay again!

Quiet Area

We loved the short walk to a quiet beach from this apartment. The beach felt almost private. The town of Cocoa Beach has a lot of nice, quaint restaurants and shops. Felt very quiet and peaceful. It was also helpful that the property owner supplied beach chairs, beach blankets and umbrellas. We flew in for a few days from Buffalo and there’s not an easy way to bring all of that down!
