Fit our needs well....

Great location for our needs, quiet safe neighborhood. Nearby access to highways. New house and in good condition. Great for large family or group of friends!

Needs a Good Cleaning

Probably the dirtiest VRBO we have stayed in and we have stayed in 30+ VRBO'S. I have NEVER written a negative review. The carpet was so bad we didnt even want to walk without shoes on. The oven was so dirty we would never cook in it and the handle had fallen off. The sinks had dirt and grim all around the faucets. The walls were beat up with a ton of scuff marks and large patched hole making them look extremely dirty. I would not recommend this property until it is cleaned.

Absolute Joke of a Place

Our experience of this place was pretty much as bad as it gets. My wife and I have stayed at a lot of AirB&Bs and VRBOs with family. This was our first time making the rental ourselves. The photos feel totally deceiving. This place is about as furnished as a dude's college apartment is two days before they move out. Each window only has one curtain so when they're closed you feel like you're in the witness protection program. Right of the bat the floor was crazy sticky and our shoes made noises the entire time even after the cleaners came out for an additional cleaning.The living room rug was the filthiest thing I've ever seen in a house. Literally the white parts have turned completely grey. You can't see it in the official photos but if you ever take the chance and go there in person you'll see. FILTHY. Not pictured in the photos – the backyard has a heinous garbage tent hanging over the entire patio that NO JOKE is completely broken so hangs at 45 degree angle and looks like it was pulled straight from the city dump.There was scum all over the dollar store shower curtains and the beds were dirty when we arrived. There were also cigarette ashes all over the back patio table and a bottle full of used spitting tobacco as well.

Great space for gathering

My siblings and I met up in Houston to surprise my mom for her 80th birthday. This property was new, clean, uncluttered, and larger than I had anticipated. Quality mattresses made for excellent sleep. It's in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. We contacted the management company the first day due to a natural gas smell inside. Madison got back to us right away, made all the arrangements with the gas company, and kept us informed every step of the way all through the weekend. We had a great time at this property and highly recommend this management company for professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail.
