Recently renovated and newly furnished to meet todays transitional/modern beach vibe, this 5+ bedroom house is sure to give you the best summer has to offer for you and your guests. 5+ bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, large kitchen, and plenty of indoor living space to accommodate everyone’s needs. Outdoor entertaining areas with a large front porch and new back deck overlooking the pool and sprawling yard. All furniture, decor, linens and kitchenware are brand new as of Summer 2022!

LOCATION: Walk to the center of town in a couple of minutes or walk out your front door to be steps from Atlantic Avenue beach or Indian Wells beach.

Includes: full laundry room with double washers and dryers. 2 private office spaces for work. Formal dining room to seat 8. Formal living room with fireplace, eating area and bar. Large family room with television and enclosures for privacy and sound. Peleton bike and free weights for exercise and much more!

Available Upon Request: portable crib (new), Joovy high chair, books, games and toys for children. Beach cruiser bikes. Private driving can be arranged with property manager as well as pre-arrival needs (additional charges). For longer stays, hourly housekeeping available for additional charge.

Idyllic Weekend Getaway for Multi-generational Family and Pet

Addie was a great host! She quickly responded to our queries, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. The house was ideally located close to the beach and shops/restaurants. We felt very comfortable and it was very clean, well-designed and had new facilities and all the necessities. Heated pool was fantastic! Overall a wonderful place that made our family getaway all the more memorable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Weekend Getaway

Everything was perfect. Short walk to the beach, 15 min car ride into Montauk, no issues with the house, amazing pool. I could go on for hours about this place. If you are looking for a seamless process and host then please book this house!

I was born and raised in Amagansett. I have lived and worked in New York City but was eager to move back home to raise my family. I love to travel and have seen so many beautiful places but there is still NOTHING like Amagansett.

Why they chose this property

This historic home is located on one of the most prestigious roads out East. It was owned by only one family prior to us buying and renovating the property to meet today's standards. The .75 of an acre has priceless views of the dunes and ocean as well as private, garden/pool views in the back. The home has all new furniture, decor, linens, etc. Full kitchen, dining room, formal living room, family room, full laundry room, two work spaces to be used as private offices or whatever your needs may be and plenty of bedroom/sleeping quarters to host large groups and families.

What makes this property unique

Sit on the front porch and soak in the ocean breeze and salt air OR head to the back deck for a beautiful, quiet pool view with an expansive yard. No need to drive anywhere! Everything is within walking distance- beaches, the center of town, playground, local farmers market, train station, jitney stop, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms and more!
