The large pond includes a beach with kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, beach toys, and even a 15 foot rock wall for jumping in. During the winter, the pond is a perfect spot for ice skating. With 35 pairs ice skates, you are sure to find your size.

You will love the back yard when gathering with family and friends while taking in the incredible views of Mill Creek Canyon. Play lawn games like horse shoes and corn hole, swim in the pond, jump on the trampoline, hot tub, roast s’mores in the fire pit, and barbecue on the Traeger grill. It is not uncommon to see all sorts of wildlife passing through the yard including turkeys, elk, deer, bald eagles, and even moose or bear if you’re lucky!

The expansive master bedroom on the main level has a private fireplace and a bathroom fit for a queen. The main level has plenty of room for all your gear with another laundry room/ mud room. The lower level is party central with a game room including shuffle board, darts, air hockey, foosball, arcade games, and pin ball. Also on the lower level is a large indoor pool that even has a projector for watching movies while you swim. The swimming pool room can be locked with a key for your children’s safety. The movie room has 12 reclining seats and is the perfect way to wind down after a long day of fun. The lower level even features another full kitchen open to the game room.
Beds: The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other five bedrooms each have a queen size bed. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a baby crib. There are six additional queen size blowup mattresses provided with bedding. In addition to the loft, all 6 bedrooms have space to accommodate blow up mattresses if separate beds for 12 guests is desired.
If that’s not enough, some of the best hiking anywhere in the bitterroot is just right out the back door. White water rafting, fly fishing, hunting, farmers markets, mountain biking, great restaurants, etc. are all right in the area. 45 minutes from Lost Trail Ski Resort, and 45 minutes from Missoula puts you right in the heart of the Bitteroot playground.
