Your Vacation Home with THREE bedrooms has modern furnishings, a beautiful pool with a heater, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown. It’s also very close to the Yacht Club neighborhood and beach! Enjoy the nearby hiking trails at the Rotary Park or Four Mile Eco preserve, as well as being only a 15-minute drive to both the Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour Marina shops and restaurants. Plus, we have beach gear and bikes included in the garage for your enjoyment during your stay!

One guest room has a queen bed, and the other room has two single/twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet, TV, and storage for clothing. We do have an air mattress if needed.
The laundry room provides a full-size top-load washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay.

For lunch and dinner, be sure to walk over and grab the best gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Fish Tales or Duval’s, all within an easy 10-minute drive from the house.
