Unser Aufenthalt war wie immer in Cape Coral wunderbar ☺️. Das Ferienhaus war sehr geräumig, allerdings wirkte alles etwas abgekrabbelt.

Disappointing
The pool was great, and the management company was too. They had folks out to fix appliances and replace all the blinds because they didn't work.
The carpet was very stained and dirty-you don't take your socks off. Many things were broken or dirty. We bought and replaced light bulbs, batteries & kitchen towels. Bedding was stained, lamps were broken and appliances had issues. All items would be easy fixes if the owners kept it maintained.
The biggest disappointment was the owners charged against our damage deposit for all the electricity used-almost the entire deposit (which was not disclosed). We didn't use much electricity--the pool heater was only on 7 days of the six weeks we stayed. We always kept the heat/cool on the temp the owners required. We left the place in better shape that when we arrived, there was no damage.
Nice place in a descent location. A few things could be fixed or replaced. The blinds on the front door were destroyed. There is a very large stain on the carpet in the master bedroom. You could not help but notice it everytime you entered the room. And the gas grill should be replaced. It was very hard to clean because of rusted heat deflectors and burners. Communication for the property manager was fantastic! Sid answered the phone immediately or return my voicemail right away.
We were delighted with our stay. Communication with the property owner was quick and stress free.
The property itself was truly like a home away from home. Everything we needed was supplied and the property was clean. Even though it was close to the city, it still felt secluded enough in the backyard with a wonderful entertaining space (tables, lounge chairs, pool, grill, etc.).
Highly recommend. We would stay again!
Property was exactly as advertised, ready when available and clean. Well furnished with everything needed for a long beach weekend celebration.

Great pool, easy access to shopping/restaurants
Overall enjoyed the pool area very much and appreciated the easy access to shopping and restaurants. The local beach area is close by but small - have to go to Fort Myers or farther to access better beaches. Had some minor issues at the beginning (e.g., screened-in pool had several screens popped out) but Kevin the property manager was very responsive and addressed our concerns right away. Neighbourhood was nice for morning walks with the dog. Mattresses and some of the outdoor furniture was a little 'tired' (not overly comfortable and needs to be updated), and did have some issues with bugs as well.
This is a very comfortable house in a great location. Lots of places to shop and explore are close by. Also a great neighborhood for walking or biking.

No need for GPS just sniff your way there!
Upon arrival we were greeted with the most awful smell and a colony of roaches occupying the home. Only one working toilet, no toilet paper and no sheets on one of the beds. No sheets to be found for that bed either. Only a bedspread covered in white dog hair and a couple of stained up pillows, which we couldn't wash because the laundry facility didn't work properly. The pool was very clean and nice so we spent all of our time there. And by there, I mean physically in the pool because the loungers were disgusting and covered in some dark brown substance. The patio furniture was pretty gross, but we did try to hang out there once until we pulled an old pair of dirty crusty underwear from a previous guest out of the cushion. If you plan to bring in food and drinks, you will also need a cooler and ice to store it because the fridge doesnt keep things cold. You will also want to grab your own towels, bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, roach motels and febreeze! I hope your stay is better than ours! Best of luck!
House was as expected and described on website. Neighborhood was quiet. Worked great for our vacation and loved having pool available. A few minor problems that we shared with owners. Unfortunately, previous house guests left trash unbagged and it was smelly and left at the curb when we arrived. Pool floats were left deflated and all over the patio. Some items thrown in landscaping should have been trashed. Again all issues from previous renters.
Asked for help in filling pool and adjusting heater-which was answered immediately. We purchased a few needed items for our stay and were not available at the rental - trash bags, paper towels etc. Close enough to stores to not be much of a problem. Communication was quick if we had questions, and much info was available on a print out at the house.
In communicating any problems with owner, they asked how they could make it up to us.
Overall, a very nice rental that was close to many stores, restaurants etc. and was perfect for a needed getaway.

Cape coral review
Hello all.
We just came home from our trip. Communication with Property manager was good. Overall the property is nice but needs some updating. Outside furniture and chairs in poor condition. Full size mattress in 2nd bedroom not comfortable. King bedroom carpeting is so stained. Blinds on front door broken and hanging. We were able to listen to music but no TV . We rebooted box. Then we were charged an additional $23 for going over our electricity limit. Go figure.

Property needs love
Charged $78 for electricity and did not even run the A/C.
The Good: Roomy with lots of entertaining spaces, gorgeous patio and pool, all convenient and comfortable. Beautifully equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. The Bad: First day no one there to show us how to operate appliances or pool; garage door would not work (handy man came immediately however). Very few hand towels or washcloths, no dishcloths, no blankets and the king sheets barely fit. Cushions on patio shabby and showing wear. The shower was slippery (marble) and has no safety grab bar.
The Ugly: Carpeting was badly stained.
