Recent renovations include quartz countertops, new kitchen appliances, new furniture and so much more! Close to the airport, downtown Naples only a few minutes away. The house was elegant, stocked with many (but not all ) things you might need. The outdoor pool and kitchen were perfect. Agent was helpful. I would consider staying again.

Wonderful Home and Vacation

This home is in a wonderful neighborhood that is close to everything exciting to do in Naples, zoo, Fifth Ave, Third Ave, beaches, etc! The home is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and has an amazing state of the art pool with so many extra features! Todd, the host contact was superb to work with, checking in, giving information, friendly and easy to work with…..we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a couple and family ! Thank you !

Amazing Property

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Casa Vianna. It is located in a beautiful gated community about a 12 minute drive from the beach. The pool and property was well maintained and when issues arose, the property manager, Todd, was quick to respond and resolve them. Todd was very accommodating and quick to respond to communications/questions and consistently went the extra mile to ensure that we had a great stay at the Casa. We had such a wonderful time at the house and are excited to return for future vacations.
