Stayed here for a concert at the Lenovo center. Tom made the process and staying here really easy. The place was quiet and convenient. Would stay here again.
Nice stay, plenty of room for 6 adults. Close to interstate, good parking, quiet area. It is a apartment complex but nice. No issues at all Tom was a great host. Great price.
We were in town for parent’s weekend at NC State and this was a great place to stay. Especially considering the price of hotels were inflated. It’s a well maintained property in a quiet area and very close to campus. It was easy for us to go back and forth to see our child.
The place was very clean and came with all the amenities of a home away from home. We loved the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths to accommodate the 4 of us. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors seemed friendly. The location was minutes away from downtown and main shopping area. We loved it and definitely enjoyed our stay. We will definitely recommend and will come back.

Overall great experience. Only feedback would be to post pictures of exterior of building. Regardless, great stay and would recommend.
The property was easily accessible and well located. Bedrooms were spacious and the listing was well staged. Provided all comforts of home away from home. The owner was easy to communicate with addressing concerns in a timely fashion. Highly Recommended.
We had a fabulous stay in Raleigh for my birthday. The apartment was perfect for us. Tom was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. Unit was clean and very cute! Check in and out was smooth. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tom!

Spacious and comfortable
Property was clean. Living room furniture needs replacement. Floors were clean. Great hot water. Quiet area. Great access to interstate.
Check in was a breeze. Owner was proactive and very helpful.
Home was neat and clean. Very close to the interstate, but not noisy. Close to downtown Raleigh and the hockey arena.
Would definitely recommend for a NC State football or hockey weekend. Will try and stay again the next time we are in town.
First of all, this is a really nice apartment. The owner has done a great job making it updated and comfortable. Nice details like gift chocolates at check in. As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s in what looks like dodgy surroundings and there is a smoke and weed smell in the apartment from other tenants. We were going to a concert and only stayed there late nights s overnight so it didn’t bother us, but this could be a big challenge for a very sensitive person. The neighbors and setting were fine, but some may not feel totally comfortable. The owner was very responsive to my texts.
The place was terrible. The online pictures highlight the inside but do not convey the overwhelming stench of weed. My eyes and lungs burned for a solid 24 hours after leaving. The location is above section 8 housing and really is not depicted in any way, shape or form in the online process. There was a ripped couch, dripping shower, and the exterior neighbors had garbage bags lined up next door to boot. We left and pushed for a refund from vrbo.

Unfortunately sometimes you get dishonest guests that act in bad faith. Inspire of trying to meet him halfway and giving him a refund he leaves this untrue and slanderous review to harm a small business like us. We couldn't smell any marijuana inside the home, and the small rip in the corner of a sofa is all that he could fine to complain about. How could that have affected his stay?
We have hosted many satisfied repeat guests and would refer to our other reviews.

Pot and pitbull
Sketchy exterior, nice interior. The apartment smelled strongly of marijuana due to neighbors. One neighbor, nice guy, has two pits one of which unexpectedly came after us. There was only one lock on the door. The designated parking space was taken which made luggage loading and unloading difficult and confusing with the potential threat of vehicle being towed.
