I has 5 bedrooms (three bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs), two full baths, a sun porch and washer and dryer are in the basement that is shared with the basement apartment.
We ask that you are respectful of the home, the other guests in the basement unit, and are mindful of quiet hours from 10PM-8AM. Please no parties.
