Casa de Kirby is a spacious beachfront condo with a master & guest suite, powder bath, & indoor/outdoor living area with ocean & jungle views. Guests have direct access to the beach via a private gate & access to the pool/hot tub, gym, & ping pong table. The condo is centrally located with all restaurants & shopping within walking distance.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a washer & dryer, free covered parking, & 24-hour security personnel.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms – 
o The condo has two bedrooms with two & a half baths.
o The roomy master suite has a king bed, plenty of closet space, a double vanity in the ensuite bathroom, & a balcony with pool & jungle views. The guest suite has a queen bed, a large closet, & an ensuite bathroom with extra counter space.
Living Room & Patio – 
o With a whole wall of large sliding glass doors & a spacious open floor plan, the main living area of the condo can quickly turn into an indoor/outdoor space with the nice ocean breeze & sounds of crashing waves.
o The living room & large balcony both have comfortable seating & beautiful views of the ocean, jungle, & colorful beach access art.
Kitchen –
o The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island & amazing views. A water cooler with filtered water is also provided for guests.

o Both bedrooms & the main living area have air conditioning & ceiling fans.
o Wi-Fi, two large smart TVs, & multiple streaming platforms are available for use.
o Guests have access to a washer & dryer located within the condo.
o The complex has a beautiful pool & hot tub, as well as a gym & ping pong table, for use. o Free covered parking in a gated garage is available for guests who have a car or golf cart. o The complex is fully gated with 24-hour security personnel.

o With the condo being just steps from the soft, sandy beach, guests have easy & quick access to ocean dips, comfy lounging, & sunset walks.
o Depending on the time of year, turtles, whales, dolphins, & flying fish can all be seen from the beach & main balcony!

o Guests have full & exclusive access to the entire condo. Some closets & cupboards are locked for owners’ use.

The small, peaceful, and friendly surf town of San Pancho has a population of approximately 3,000, not including the countless number of dogs, and is located in the state of Nayarit. Due to being a bit calmer and laid-back than some of the surrounding towns, San Pancho tends to attract more down-to-earth tourists who appreciate the welcoming residents and fewer people. The streets of San Pancho are filled with fantastic food, shops, merchants, street performers, and musicians. The beach is spacious and relaxing, yet fun and lively, where you will find comfortable lounge chairs with food, drinks, and traveling vendors. With the eco-conscious, activist-driven residents, the town is always clean due to the continuous community clean-up. With protected waters, a golden beach, and a lush jungle, San Pancho is home to more than 300 animal species, including jaguars, tejones, armadillos, and tropical birds. In the winter months, humpback whales can be seen (and heard underwater) daily as they raise their calves in the waters of Bahia de Banderas. Olive ridley sea turtles are also very prominent in San Pancho. During nesting season (June-November) females can be seen coming ashore to lay their eggs and hatchlings can be seen making their way to the surf. Guests can easily get from the Puerto Vallarta airport to San Pancho via taxi, rental car, or an arranged driver. It’s about a 45-minute drive but can sometimes take up to an hour and a half, so be sure to plan accordingly. Within San Pancho, everything is within walking distance. However, if needed, there are taxi services available as well as bike and golf cart rentals.
