We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, cozy, and very pet friendly! Our host was wonderful and very quick to answer us with any questions. We'd definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Stay was exactly as expected. Location was perfect as a “base camp” for exploring the whole peninsula. Lots of food, drink, shops, and sights nearby. Many that are dog friendly as well!

We loved the location in sturgeon Bay, it was right by the water. It's walking distance to shops and a great park for dogs or kids. We had our GSD and chipom here and they loved it. The host proved dog beds, treats, and bowls for your fur babies. The house was clean, well stocked with goodies, and honestly just a cute place to chill after a long hike. Lauri was very helpful and kind. We loved our stay!

We had a great time at Lauri’s place. Lauri was extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable including the furry ones! We really appreciated all the dog friendly amenities and providing an abundance of coffee, creamer, and snacks. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a cute place and had everything we needed. It was even stocked with coffee, granola bars, and other snacks. The bathroom offered supplies that one might forget like a toothbrush. The host was communicative. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location and a very clean property! We were within 10 minutes of all our activities and perfectly close to our family at a nearby resort. Lauri communicated well throughout our stay, and the unit itself was wonderful. We are only withholding the 5th star due to personal preference, as we aren't used to hosts staying onsite. Since our dogs are very vocal, we felt a bit anxious about disturbing anyone nearby. If an onsite host isn't an issue for you, this is a fantastic place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. Lauri and the pups were great hosts. We appreciated especially how clean and well thought out the property is. Fully stocked kitchen and anything you could need is there! As a dog owner, we especially appreciated how dog friendly the property is. Our golden, Clementine, was so comfortable!

Great Place

The location was great - within a mile or two of great restaurants and bars. Very clean. Loved sitting out on the porch looking out at the beautiful backyard. We will definitely stay here again if available.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is very clean and well-stocked with all essential needs The host provides complimentary Keurig coffee, tea, and various snacks. Communication with the host was very good. This place is walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Sturgeon Bay. We definitely would consider staying here again when we're back in Door County.

Great Stay!

Lauri’s rental was perfect for us. She accommodated us and our dog well and even had a dog bed in the living room. There was more than enough supply of coffee, morning snacks, etc. We will stay here again if we return to Sturgeon Bay for a few days again.

Would recommend

Very nice location. And perfect for us two people. Would like to have had access to temp control without asking but plenty of fans to make it comfortable. Also the smell of smoking was very obvious coming from the downstairs.

Really enjoyable stay

My husband and I brought our dog up North for the weekend and finding a place that was pet friendly was challenging. Our dog is 55 pounds and a lot of the places we looked at had a limit on size of pet. I am really glad this place was available and even came with a playmate for Izzy. The upstairs of the home is beautifully appointed. Comfortable bed, nice full kitchen, tvs, and all other ammenities I could think of. I don't think there was anything we felt was lacking. Stores and restaurants within walking distance and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Cute & convenient!

Spent a week exploring the Door County area and this cozy, clean and comfortable apartment was the perfect location: it’s in a quiet neighborhood in Sturgeon Bay, which has everything you need (from Walmart to Kwik Trip to mom & pop stores) and is less than an hour drive to the very top of the peninsula. The location is within walking distance to a nice beach/park and the best dive bar in town, Greystone Castle, you’re welcome. The owner was super - the apartment was too warm for me, and within an hour of letting her know, the temp dropped to just the way I like it. She also has a great attention to detail, from the awesome variety of toiletries in the bathroom (bandaids, cotton swabs, Q-Tips, etc) to yummy snacks in the kitchen (a few different kinds of granola bars), all very much appreciated. All in all, great place to stay!
