Pennsylvania Street Condo is a part of a duplex, there is the possibility of noise do to the nature of duplexes and a shared walls along with being in the commercial district. Single use earplugs are provided for those who need to cancel out downtown noises.

This unit offers a unique and versatile layout! It can serve as a private mother-in-law suite for our guests or be seamlessly connected to the adjoining unit to function as a full house. For our guests' peace of mind, there is a door at the top of the stairs that remains securely locked on both sides, in accordance with state codes and permits. Rest assured, these single-sided locks ensure privacy for both guests and the owner, so you can enjoy a comfortable and undisturbed stay.

Great location but average for the rest. Very old property and steep stairs to bedroom and sole bathroom. Communication was slow or missing when I asked questions. It was adequate for my needs but I did notice that there was a need for sweeping under the kitchen cabinets.
