Family apartment with perfect location

The apartment was really family friendly and well equipped. The location could not be better. Bus stop is literally in front of the apartment complex. The shower head must be replaced. Also after a few hours some (sevage) smell appeared in the room with 2 beds every day. The floor was quite sandy, but that is understandable.

Beach front & Cycling friendly

This is a great little spot on the beach in Alcúdia. Easy walk up, stunning view and central spot for avid cyclists who will be touring the area’s famous routes. It’s right on the boardwalk and is walking distance to shops, restaurants and groceries. Very happy to have the option to cook to do laundry as well.

Lovely beachfront property

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The home was super clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The air conditioning was fabulous. The kitchen had all that we needed for our stay. Such easy access to restaurants and markets yet it was very quiet. Definitely recommend this property!

Lovely apartment in an ideal location

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Alcudia. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The balcony was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view of the beach and the sea beyond. There was a good choice of restaurants and bars along the beach front, and it was a relatively easy walk into the old town.

The apartment is simple and clean

The apartment looks over the beach and is very close to shops and restaurants in town. The place was hard to locate from the instructions given but once we found it all was fine

Great

Everyone was so helpful during our flight delays. Property had views that were amazing! Mediterranean Sea, 85 degree water, well equipped kitchen for tapas and close supermercados to shop within minutes. Festival for Saint Peter, parade and fireworks...amazing!

Great location overlooking the beach, with nice size balcony

Decor is a bit dated but didn’t affect our stay. Could hear occupants above who had young children which was annoying at times. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance and nice atmosphere in the evenings would return to the area. Car parking was hit and miss but fine if space available. Only real issue was apartment key not there when we arrived, phoned the company didn’t hear back but eventually cleaner appeared with the key

June 2023. Great holiday.

Great appartment with wonderful seafront location and view of beach and bay from balcony. Lots of choice of cafes and resturaunts only a short walk away. Beach well maintained. Would stay again. Only a minor point. I booked through vrbo and it wasn't clear initially who payment would be made to when due. Vrbo communications led me to believe payment reminder and instructions would come from them. However became clear when I contacted you directly.

Excelente calidad precio

Gemütliche Unterkunft in Top Lage
