My family and I had a great time here. This property is in downtown Estes Park, 1 block off of Elkhorn where all the shops and restaurants are located. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t have to look for or pay for parking because of the location. Main things to know: No AC and No washer/dryer. We did know this when we booked. Our stay was in June and the loft did get quite warm in the afternoon. We were able to open the windows and run fans which was fine due to overnight temps in the 60s. There are security lights in the parking lot to deter bears, unfortunately one of them does shine into the loft bathroom. However, Shawn, the property manager quickly took care of this by installing blackout curtains (which also helped with keeping the loft cooler).Shawn is the main reason I give a 5 star review. Not only did he quickly resolve any issue we had, he is incredibly friendly and also had great recommendations for hiking spots in the national park. The place had plenty of space for our family of 4. Everything was clean when we arrived, WiFi worked perfectly so I was able to get some work done in between sightseeing and hikes. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is conveniently located for all RMNP activities. The heating and fans work well. It is not well designed. The fold out beds have no bedside tables nor lights. The comforters are worn out. The main bathroom has no place to put toiletries. The light over the stove is out. The sink in the 1/2 bath does not drain. The coffee service is 3 Keurig single pods and no sugar or creamer.
We had a wonderful stay, in large part due to the property manager, Shawn, who’s helpful and welcoming. The portable cooling air conditioner unit made a great option as well. After a day of hiking, it was really relaxing sinking into the comfortable sectional and watching shows on the large smart TV that came with ROKU service. Walking proximity to nice restaurants, Safeway and the Park in the town center made shopping, dining and enjoying in-town festivities really convenient. To cap it off, we saw a beautiful double rainbow right outside our front door during our stay! Would highly recommend!
