Villa Greenwich is a beautifully refurbished, contemporary villa offering spectacular views of Kalkan Bay from every level. With four en-suite bedrooms, stylish open-plan living spaces, multiple terraces and luxury touches—including a roof terrace with its own bar and jacuzzi—this villa is perfect for groups seeking comfort, style and plenty of outdoor space. Elevated in the Kiziltas area, the villa enjoys uninterrupted sea views from every room and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests (including up to 2 children on the day bed).

Ground Floor

The bright open-plan living area features a spacious L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV and large sliding glass doors leading directly to the pool terrace. The fully fitted kitchen includes a breakfast bar, bar stool seating, fridge freezer, luxury wine fridge, built-in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and a water cooler. A washing machine is hidden beneath the stairs.
There is also a guest cloakroom/WC on this floor.

First Floor

The first floor has a wide landing with a small seating area and three en-suite bedrooms:
• Two double bedrooms, each with sea-view private balconies furnished with a table and chairs (one also includes a rattan egg chair).
• One twin bedroom, also with its own en-suite shower room.

Second Floor

The top floor is dedicated to the Master Bedroom Suite, featuring a double bed, en-suite shower room and direct access to a private furnished roof terrace with sun loungers and rattan egg chairs—an amazing spot for sunrise, sunset or stargazing.

Also on this level is a separate roof terrace (with its own entrance), complete with jacuzzi, comfortable seating, a bar with stools, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, glasses and ice bucket. This area is perfect for evening drinks while soaking in the views.

Outdoor Areas

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxed summer living. The large private pool has easy roman-step access and a separate shallow pool. The main terrace features cushioned sun loungers, parasols, a shaded al-fresco dining area under a pergola, and an additional seating group by the poolside. A BBQ and a table tennis table sit to the side of the terrace.

Two of the first-floor bedrooms have private balconies, and the master bedroom enjoys its own large private terrace.
