Newly furnished home is tastefully decorated. Great base camp for visiting the Black Hills or Monument Health. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby, 1 mile south of downtown Rapid City. Includes laundry in basement, front porch, back deck with grill. Since it is new, I don't have alot of reviews, but all my properties average 4.85.

We had a few hiccups during our check-in process that were beyond the owners control. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and discounted our stay. Communication was wonderful. He called and text us over the weekend to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He was wonderful to work with. I would stay again and would recommend. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed
The home was perfect for our trip. We used it as home base to make day trips around the area. Just what we wanted and would definitely recommend this place.
Spur of the moment trip to meet family in Rapid City. Booking was easy. I even messed up the datea but the owner made the correction for me quickly.
We had internet problems which the owner quickly resolved with just one text.
Home was clean and comfy - just south of downtown.
Came out to hunt and fish and needed a place to call home for the long weekend. The house was exactly what we needed. Good location and amenities. Would highly recommend this house!
We chose this place because it was centrally located for the places we wanted to visit. It was clean and very nicely furnished. When the thermostat stopped working and the AC stopped working the owner was over quickly to fix the problem.
The house was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is super convenient to all attractions in the Black Hills and to downtown Rapid City. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property for this area.
The location was perfect as a home base for day trips to Mount Rushmore, Badlands National Park and great hiking in Custer State Park. Management very responsive. Great to have both drip coffee maker and Kuerig.
This was a nuce place for us to use as a central location for exploring the surrounding attractions. It served our needs very well and were very happy with our stay.
As vendors of the Stock Show, it was so nice to have a place close to the Civic Center but also in a quiet part of the town. Very nice and they had extra K-cups which was appreciated when ours ran out!
We used Rapid City as a base camp for several day trips. Neighborhood is quiet and yet close to amenities. Kitchen is well-supplied for those who like to cook in. Owner was responsiveness.
The house was small, but very convenient to all the attractions in the Black Hills area and downtown Rapid City. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here.
We appreciated access to cable tv. Many amenities.

Well stocked home very clean but…..
This was a nice home that had some renovations done. The house was stocked very well. Plenty of towels, dishes soap, paper towels and garbage bags. The AC worked great as we had 90 + degree days. The Hide a bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is old with some nice homes and some not. There were two main issues. The owner let’s the neighbors use the garage for vehicle repair. I was surprised to see men in the small backyard.
The smell of motor oil and gas was strong at times, the back deck was not usable unless you enjoy that smell. The bed frame in main room was broke upon arrival making the bed uncomfortable. The mattresses were good. We left early. To be fair I did not contact Dan until we left, he was very responsive and concerned but was unwilling to offer any refund.I let him know he needs to let his guest be aware of people using the small yard before they look out the window to see men moving furniture and doing car repairs. It was very alarming to my family especially with a teen girl and boy. It made us uncomfortable not knowing in advance that people would be outside the window working. We did enjoy our time at all the beautiful parks in the area.
