Jan was incredible throughout the whole process. We loved that we were able to get in a little early because it was ready. 4 PM seems so late. Definitely could’ve used another parking spot since the rental was for 10 people and we had three cars. So we ended up paying for overnight parking for one of the cars and definitely could’ve used air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. But once again, I can’t say enough good things about.Jan.We’ve usually rented from him and there’s a reason why. He is exceptional.

Newly remodeled

This is our 3rd year staying in this condo. The location is perfect and the remodel is very nice ( it had major damage from the storm in Jan 2024. It was more comfortable this year as it was not damp as last two years. And added air condition was added to living room which was very nice My only suggestions would be to how to navigate Spectrum as we could not figure out how to get to regular TV stations. Also to post the password for the internet. Our weeklong trip was very enjoyable
