Comfortable beach cottage just steps from Long Sands Beach with 3 bedrooms (2 Queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with two twin beds) two full baths (showers), full kitchen, fireplace, cable and Wifi intenet access. This is a great spot to enjoy the best that Maine has to offer from the beaches to scenic drives, walks,local golf, and cycling routes to unique villages of York and Ogunquit and even outlet shopping in nearby Kittery there is something for everyone.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remember to put the keys if removed back into the lockbox it was removed from so that it will be there for our next guests
Trash and recycling goes out to the street on Monday nights for pickup Tuesday morning if you are not there for Monday night please just put trash and recycling into the bins by the shed
We are happy to have you as guests in our home which we try to keep in wonderful condition so that everyone can enjoy it. Thanks for treating it like it was yours.

Although we currently live in NJ - our family roots are here in Maine where we vacationed every summer since I was born (way too long ago).

Why they chose this property

Our beachfront home was built by my grandparents and has been with us ever since. It has always been a favorite spot for our family vacations.

What makes this property unique

The funny thing that makes me totally relax is the smell of the sea air from when you first arrive and look out over the ocean. Just watching the surf and listening to the sounds of the seashore is one of the most tranquil and soothing experiences I can imagine. The compliment to this is the plethora of outstanding local restaurants and taverns with the best New England Clambakes anywhere. Being one house away from the beach is really a special spot and you can see the ocean from our front porch.
