Our modern apartment is located outside the old town Supetar in a row of spacious holiday homes on the sea.
The new, modern designed apartment with 70 m2 living space is located on the first floor of the prestigious "Villa Suzana" and offers a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere.
The apartment has a private, separate entrance.
Our apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a 8 m2 balcony overlooking the sea.
Also from the living room window you can see the sea and the beach, which is located in the immediate vicinity.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery. Dining area offers a round dining table for 5 people.
Living area offers plenty of natural light and views of the sea. The living room is equipped with a modern sofa.
Each bedroom has king size bed. One bedroom is equipped with a boxspring bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed which can be converted into two separate single beds.
The large bathroom has a bath and a shower, a toilet, double sink and a bidet.
There is a separate toilet with the sink and toilet.
In the long hallway is a large built-in wardrobe with shelves and the storeroom behind the sliding doors.
All floors are marble. Apartment is air conditioned, all windows are equipped with roller blind mosquito nets.

The equipment of our apartment includes: Satellite TV, Internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
All electrical appliances are completely new.
Towels (but no beach towels), bed linen and kitchen towels are provided.
The apartment is completely new and modern equipped and offers a relaxing holiday.
Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment, on the balcony.
A private parking space for 1 car is included.
The apartment is located in beautiful, modern and high quality villa Suzana.
The location of Villa Suzana is well maintained and clean.
The bathing bay with a long beach, which offers excellent swimming, can be reached in about three minutes on foot and is particularly suitable for children. In the immediate vicinity there are countless beaches and picturesque bays that offer bathing pleasure. It is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, where you can buy everything you need. Coffee bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Major seasons are July and August. May, June, September and October are especially suitable for seniors. It is especially nice in June and September. The weather is very nice and stable, the sea is warm and swimming is a great pleasure. There are few people on the beach. We recommend these months for those who want to spend a quiet holiday, enjoy the healing and clean sea air and beautiful, quiet days on island Brac.

Lovely place

Such a beautiful home, very clean and tidy with all of the necessities you may need. Ljerka and Jasmin were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The views from the balcony and even living room window were just lovely. Waking up to that view everyday was a highlight for us. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day.

Beautiful stay with wonderful host

My husband and I loved our stay in Supetar! The apartment was gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was great! She was kind, helpful, and accommodating and was always available for questions about the apartment or the area in general. The views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning - we miss them already!

Windup in Supetar

After spending 12 days exploring and thoroughly enjoying Split, Omiš and Dubrovnik we needed some peaceful time before returning home to Canada. Supetar is just a short ferry ride from Split and we were delighted with this accommodation. Host Jadranka was very attentive and quickly introduced us to the condo and the area as well. Lots to do.. swimming, walking along the seaside and checking out the many restaurants and services allowed us to be as busy as we wanted to, or just enjoy the view. Very comfortable stay.

Great stay in Supetar

A nice stay in Supetar in Adrianas aprartment. We were 4 people, two adults and two teeneagers. Nice new apartment, two bedrooms, two bathroom, kitchen and livingroom. Adriana welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. You can park a rental car outside. Short walk to the beach, and also to supermarket. We needed to travel early the day we were leaving, still Adriana showed up andd wished us well and also arranged a taxi for us at 6 o'clock in the morning. We can definetly recomend this apartment. Thank you for the hospitality.

Paradise

Everything was fantastic! From start to finish. Our host text us to welcome us and let us know the apartment was ready. She met us there and was so welcoming with some very cold drinks in the fridge which were received with such appreciation. The apartment is beautiful, the view is spectacular and I found my little corner of shade on the balcony! The hill is steep..but as long as you don’t attack it in the middle of the day it’s manageable! I feel so much healthier and fitter for it!! At the bottom of it is the most beautiful blue sea and the lure of air conditioning at the top spurs you on! The beaches around the island are pebble, so we bought sea shoes, plenty of places stock them, had I known I’d have brought my own from home. Croatian people have to be one of the most friendly and helpful people on the planet. Very much looking forward to returning someday.

....unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur genial.Super nette, freundliche Gastgeberin die uns alle Wünsche erfüllen konnte.Die Ferienwohnung war top eingerichtet, auf dem modernsten Standart.Alles suuupi sauber und gepflegt.Kücheneinrichtung, Bad, Zimmer, Toiletten, Balkon alles vom feinsten.Auch unser kleiner Hund war herzlichst willkommen.Empfehlung für die Gastgeberin und Wohnung einfach 100%.Wir haben uns 14 Tage außergewöhnlich wohlgefühlt.

Appartement parfait

Nous avons visité l'île de Brac pendant 1 semaine et nous avons logé chez Adriana une hôte adorable. Le logement était incroyable, très lumineux avec une vue sur la mer et split. Il est très spacieux et propre. Nous avions la plage à 100m et les restaurants et boutiques à 1km. Un grand MERCI à Adriana pour sa gentillesse, nous reviendrons cest sûr

wunderschöner Urlaub auf der Insel

Die Ferienwohnung erwartete uns genauso wie beschrieben. Es ist eine wunderbare, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Platz, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr praktisch ist, dass es eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine gibt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und beim Essen haben wir den Blick auf das Meer genossen. Die Wohnung wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher/Bettwäsche. Der Strand und die gesamte Insel sind wunderschön. Die Vermieterin Frau Radovic ist sehr nett. Diese Wohnung würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank für diese schönen Urlaubswochen!

Klare Empfehlung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Apartment. Angefangen von der Kommunikation vor der Anreise, über den sehr freundlichen Empfang durch Adriana vor Ort bis hin zur Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung des Apartments hat für uns alles perfekt gepasst. Sogar einen Toaster, der nicht zur Ausstattung gehört hatte, haben wir auf Rückfrage noch vor unserem ersten Frühstück im Apartment erhalten - zur Freude der Kinder. Danke noch einmal dafür, liebe Adriana. Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Bei so super organisierten, freundlichen Vermieterinnen macht der Urlaub von der ersten Minute an Freude.

A wonderful apartment with a view

Supetar is a lovely midsize town, with a variety of restaurants and things to do. Our apartment had a fantastic view. But I have told my friends, that means you have to climb a bit. So there is a hill to get up to the apartment. I feel fit, and had a nice time! Our Hosts were fantastic and helped us with everything!

Top-Appartement, ganz neu, nahe am Strand

Waren eine Woche im Juni 2021 dort. Alles ganz neu, traumhaftes Bad und sehr bequeme Betten. Sicht direkt auf das Meer Richtung Split. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Übernahme und Rückgabe ganz einfach durch die nette Gastgeberin. Kalte Getränke und Früchtekorb als willkommensgeschenk. Ein wenig besuchter Strand ist nur 3 min mit Auto entfernt (auch zu Fuß möglich). Sonst ist der nähere Strandabschnitt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Beautiful Supetar!!!

Very pleasant but too short stay! The apartment is amazing and our host Jadranka very helpful. It is beautiful location with the beaches, restaurant nearby. We would highly recommend it and hope to return soon!!

L'appartement est idéalement situé et très spacieux, belle vue sur mer, cuisine et salle de bain parfaitement équipées, très gentils et serviables propriétaires. Je recommande cet excellent appartement pour un séjour réussi!

Apartment is perfect, spacious, very clean and all fittings to a very high standard. Everything you need is right here. The apartment is in a beautiful area, overlooking the sea, 3 minute walking to the beach and the beach is amazing, The owner is gracious and very accommodating. This is the place to be - peaceful, comfortable, easy access to great beaches, restaurants, bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day - thank you!

Fantastic apartment!

We had fantastic two weeks - the apartment is stunning, beautifully furnished and very comfortable.The view over the see is amazing. The pictures looked great when we booked, but it's even more stunning in person. Interior is very tastefully decorated with marble floors, modern, fully equipped kitchen and contemporary bathrooms. All in all a great space to relax and enjoy. The well positioned balcony was our best place to watch the sun rise and set in a perfect blue sky every day. We absolutely loved the seclusion and quality of the apartment with the option of beautiful beaches in walking distance. Local supermarkets are nearby, also good restaurants and coffee bars close by. The owner has been very kind and supported us in making our stay memorable. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning.
