Sugar Beach Resort is a beachfront property, no roads to cross to get to the beach, just walk out of your unit and head straight to the sand. This lovingly owned one bedroom, one bath condo is also used by the owners and has every amenity you need to enjoy a carefree Maui getaway.

This updated 2nd floor oceanfront condo features a king size bed with ceiling fan in the bedroom for a gentle breeze while you sleep in air conditioned comfort.

The living room has a flatscreen TV(cable included), with a comfortable couch and recliners (perfect for watching the sun set). Free Wireless internet is also available during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and toaster along with full size fridge and range. The dining table and chairs are a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your meal.

The lanai offers a spot for outdoor dining or relaxing on the lounge chair with unobstructed views of the ocean, outriggers, and Maui sunsets.

A full-sized washer/dryer is also included in this condo to handle all your laundry needs.

Communication with the owner was great and she quickly answered our questions. The recliners were a nice plus, as was the electric teakettle.The view was great. And we had a very relaxing vacation. Just a an aside that the kitchen had no supplies at all, not even salt and pepper.

Beautiful unit with easy beach access and lots of island activities. Perfect for a relaxed vibe. Pool was great. A little confusion at check in & not having door access but property manager was easy to reach & take care of things. She was really helpful making access easier for my dusabled partner

Property was very nice. Property manager was EXTREMELY helpful when I couldn't find her email to get in the condo. Condo is not the nicest we have stayed in, but clean and well taken care of. Views of sunset right outside the lanai were great too. Would return again for sure.

This condo is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathroom is small and a bit outdated, but clean and functional. The view from the lanai was great! It was quiet and peaceful.

Hawaii on the Ocean

We loved this condo. Excellent view sitting almost over the water without obstructions. Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Had everything we needed. Easy access and great parking area. We were able to get everywhere we wanted on the Island as great location. Hope to use again soon. Wouldn't even look for another location as this is perfect!

We enjoyed a relaxing 3 week visit to Maui in this Sugar Beach Resort unit. It was very comfortable and clean. The ocean view was wonderful. We met Theresa the property manager and I felt that she took care of us. This is our 7th visit to SBResort and we have stayed in 5 other units. This one is right at the top. Tastefully decorated, clean and everything was in working order.

Stunning sunsets!

My husband and I had a great stay. We had beautiful sunsets every evening from our balcony. There is a long stretch of beach that we walked every morning and evening. We did a lot of exploring on Maui, so the best part for me was the location of the condo. You are right in the middle of the island. We easily did the road to Hana and back from this location. The condo itself was nice and clean, very well stocked, and steps from the beach. I would 100% book this condo again.

We’ve been staying at Sugar Beach since 2011, first time using VRBO. Theresa was a very kind & helpful with a few issues. Thank you for the late checkout having a 9pm flight. The condo was beautifully decorated! One suggestion would to have a small safe. Thank you for the stay, see you next year!

Wonderful Maui Getaway

Theresa was VERY helpful answering questions before our trip since the terrible fires had happened recently on Maui. We are SO GLAD we went and the Condo was comfortable, beautiful AND the most well stocked condo were we had ever stayed in our travels. The view was great and enjoyed watching all the outrigger canoes & the wonderful sunsets. The location of Sugar Beach is perfect to be near many of the island's sights. All parts of the island were open and accessible except Lahaina, of course. We visited Kaanapali and the beaches/bays north of that, Hana, the Volcano was awesome and the beautiful beaches south of Sugar Beach! Great visit! And the people were so appreciative of the visit. Thank you, Theresa!

Loved this unit!

We have stayed in four different units at Sugar Beach Resort and this one was the nicest! The owner has a flip-flop theme with tasteful decorations and comfortable furnishings! The king bed was awesome, the kitchen extremely well stocked with cooking supplies, and separate lounge chairs and big screen TV were the icing. Theresa, the property manager, went out of her way to accommodate us and answer our questions. She was a delight to meet her (as well as her husband). The Unit was sparkling clean and she gave us recommended nearby restaurants that were wonderful. This is a GREAT Kihei location convenient to everything. The outside of the building is in need of some paint and attention. Because some homeowners renovate their interiors, guests can overlook the outside.The pool and hot tub area are very well-maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our lanai!
