What a wonderful experience we had renting this condo. The hosts have thought of everything you might need on a trip and then some, I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere with a better stocked kitchen. There were books and puzzles for lazy, rainy days, as well as TVs in every room. Beach towels, a pool, and the sound of the waves to help you sleep. Views in every direction, that are unbeatable. A location that couldn't be more convenient to town, restaurants, any and all the activities, beaches, parks you can truly do it all. The hosts were so friendly and helpful at every point, checking in on our experience occasionally and answering any questions we might have encountered. The next trip we take to Maui, we're really hoping this unit will be available for us to rent again.

Wonderful spot with a killer ocean view! Everything was clean and very well kept. You can tell someone treats this unit with a lot of love. It was light and bright, and had all of the amenities we needed.

The condo was super clean and very well stocked with anything we could need. Lots of beach toys, chairs, coolers, umbrella and snorkeling gear. The beds were comfortable. The owners are very nice and communication with them was very easy. The views were amazing! Will definitely stay here again!

It was comfortable, close to a small market ABC STORE and a shaved ice shop second to none! The views from the balcony are amazing for sunsets!!!The hosts were responses right away when we contacted them and helpful with questions as as well as accommodating when asked to set up the second bedroom with a king size bed.
Crescent moon on our last night was amazing!
The colors are spectacular!
It will draw you in and you will not want to leave

The condo was absolutely perfect and is situated directly on the beach with awe inspiring sunsets. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and the condo was super clean and updated with a beachy vibe. Check and check out was very easy. Great location in Kihei. The condo unit was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful supply of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils as well a lot of spices and even a starter supply kit of toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, and spare garbage bags. The convenience of the washer and dryer in the unit was a plus! In addition, the beach equipment and beach towels was well stocked. This property is at the quiet end of the beach which we like!

Perfect condo for our Maui vacation

Susan and Tiva’s condo was the perfect home base for our visit to Maui. Our family of 4 had room to spread out, the accommodations were lovely and the views from the lanai were spectacular.

We never had to leave our temporary home. Everything was wonderful - the comfortable and beautifully decorated condo with everything you could need, the beautiful view from the lanai, the beach chairs on the well maintained lawn, and the little shopping center across the street. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We practically never left and wanted for nothing. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful view and decor. Some boogie boards and snorkeling equipment and coolers and beach chairs for your use that make everything easy and convenient.

Kihei fun time

We had a great time in the vrbo unit. Kihei is pretty central on Maui. Good restaurants nearby. Communication with manager ended up being important and they were very responsive.

Marvellous Maui!

We had a wonderful trip to Maui and a perfect stay at Susan and Tiva’s. We toured all over the island, saw all the sights and many great beach days, including the beach right in front of the condo. At the end of each adventure it was lovely to come “home” to the condo’s comfort and amenities!

Maui vacation

The property was very nice and on the beach as described in the listing. The condo was very comfortable and welcoming! The full ocean view and sunset was spectacular! We hope to visit again sometime.
