The Hosts were very communicative and we enjoyed the venue. We couldn't find a remote to the TV in the master bedroom, not a huge deal though. I would suggest a snuggle blanket or two for the living room when you want to sit and watch a movie or such.

Had a great stay! Beds were comfy, very clean, lightning fast communication! Gameroom was a plus for our three boys!!
Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The game room was top notch. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Close to Safeway and restaurants. Kavon’s hospitality was amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough.
Owners were great with communication from beginning to end. The place had everything we needed and the location was great. The game room is a really nice addition and great with teenagers/kids. We would definitely stay here again.
Really enjoyed this location for a weekend getaway. The 10-year old boys loved the RV garage turned game room and the location was centrally located in quiet location. Wonderful experience overall!
we really enjoyed our visit the place was very clean.
The game room was a wonderful pastime for the children and the family together.. Love the way the rooms were laid out in the four bunks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable with highly recommend. This place will probably visit again.
Quiet neighborhood. A lot of restaurant options near by. Home was perfect for our family and the game room was absolutely amazing. Hosts are very communicative. We will definitely be coming back.
We rented this place with my mom, step dad and 2 youngish children ages 5 and 8. The game room was perfect for hanging out and keeping the kids entertained. We had lots of family fun and it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in flagstaff!
The house was just what we we’re looking for: a home base for exploring the area. We did day trips to both Sedona and the Grand Canyon, and had a great place to come back to for dinner and relaxing. All of the games- billiards, ping pong, etc- such a great extension of the home. We would love to return to explore Flagstaff again in the winter!
Was in flagstaff for work for 2 weeks and didn’t want to stay in a hotel so got the house! Was perfect to relax afterwards and enjoy the amenities they had to offer! Would stay there again! The game room/ garage was awesome, wish I had more time to enjoy it tho
We had a wonderful time staying in this charming property. The house was perfect distance from all of our hiking destinations and very well maintained. The owners have it stocked with all the necessities plus some. The hang out/game room garage was a huge hit, especially with our kids. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again :)
We loved playing games in the garage room! Perfect for teens and adults to hang out, spend time together. Love the huge couch in the living room. Thankful for a/c units in one bedroom and living room.
This house was a great home base for exploring flagstaff. The property was big enough to accommodate all of the different age groups and had something for everyone. The house had a portable crib (we didn’t use) but nice to have for the baby. The game room and fully stocked kitchen made the stay awesome.

The name of the property is Luxe Lodge. This is not a lodge...it is an old small house. There is nothing Luxe about it. We were distressed to find that it is located in a VERY low income area around the corner from a food pantry and some abandoned buildings where homeless have set up camp. There was noise from the homeless all night. The home was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean but the towels were old and worn out. Our kids loved the game room but it was not clean. The yard has trash, sticks and weeds in it. We were not warned that there was construction on the street right in front of the house every day were were there. The construction noise- men yelling, jackhammers, large trucks started at 7am and ended at 4pm. We would not rent here again.

Probably your first visit to Flagstaff! Most houses are old, and low income housing is sporadic across the area. Sorry the pictures of our home weren’t considered by you prior to booking, which accurately represent the house size.
We can personally verify, since we stayed the weekend after you checked out, that the comments about roaming homeless aren’t true. Maybe they all left the day we arrived? There is typically some noise in the early evenings of kids playing on the street, although we don’t think are homeless.
Happy to hear that the house was clean.
We get the yard cleaned regularly but with the house being surrounded by several trees (and trees are made of sticks), sticks and some weeds are expected after heavy rainfall and storms.
The game room has a very large garage door so some leaves and organic material can enter. We would agree that it could have used a mop. We have shared that feedback with our cleaners when we left. Had you brought this to our attention, we could have had it taken care of promptly.
Sorry you didn’t have a good stay! But it sounds like you wanted hotel service at VRBO pricing. We take a lot of pride in hosting, so felt it was appropriate to respond, mostly due to the false claims.
The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was the most well stocked one I have seen in all our stays with vrbo. We were there for three weeks and it felt like home. Kavon, the host, was very accessible and very prompt in answering any questions. The house is located in a commercial/residential area but we were able to get around very easily. It is not far from Route 66 and downtown.
