THE VIEW
Enjoy stunning elevated views of the sand, ocean, and pier. E208 faces South and looks over the front row of the complex. You can enjoy the gorgeous views and sound of the waves from the balcony, living room, kitchen, and bedroom! Sit back and enjoy the breathtaking view from the bar chairs on the balcony. It's a great spot to drink your morning coffee and enjoy breakfast while being warmed by the sun's rays. E208's location also allows for lovely views of the putting green, complex pool and tropical grounds looking back to the east.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table that can seat up to four.

LIVING AREAS
E208 is furnished with a large sofa-sleeper and a comfortable loveseat that your party can relax in after an enjoyable day at the beach. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the flat-screen Fire TV. Sign in to your favorite streaming services and keep up with your favorite shows. High-speed internet and cable with 250+ channels is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a tub/shower combo with a separate vanity area.

SLEEPING
E208 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed and additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
