Townsite stay

We enjoyed this location that was southern exposure and close to the pool with a partial ocean view. The unit was nicely designed and perfect for our needs. What would have made it better was having some extra blankets and Kleenex in the unit, as that is generally standard in hotels. Overall, we will come back to NCV again!

Great location

We had a nice stay in this Unit. It is close to everything- beach, pool, spa, laundry room, & parking. Easy....it was well stocked with many of the essential things that we needed and very clean. It has a nice view towards the pier. We were very comfortable there.

Weekend getaway

The proximity to the beach and surrounding attractions was excellent. Very walkable location. Grounds were pretty. This particular unit has been nicely updated with a beach vibe. although we did not cook the kitchen had everything we would need to prepare a meal. It has a nice deck in view of the beach. We loved casting our music and shows to the TVs. The pillows, bed linens, and bath linens were all nice and clean. I recommend the owners invest in a new mattress as the current mattress is a bit uncomfortable (this might be a personal preference).

Moms bring the kids Vac K

The unit had a beautiful beach theme and was stocked with everything we needed . From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and could not stop raving about it. Me my daughter and two granddaughters loved the ocean view from the living and bedroom. As we sat on the sofa we could hear the sound of the ocean and watch the waves. The only down side was the sofa bed for some reason the head of frame the would not stay up. This made it very uncomfortable but over all we enjoy our stay i had promise my granddaughters ages 11 and 4 that we would come back again in order to get them to leave. This unit had all the comforts of home and the location was great and very close to the beach . I will most certainly come back again

Amazing week...everything was perfect in C112. Clean, updated wonderful condo!

We had a great week...short walk to beach and a beautiful view straight from our condo. Laundry onsite, koi pond, pool, boogie boards in our condo. We had a great experience and my kids (15 & 6) didn’t want to leave. We didn’t need anything but our clothes and some groceries. Highly recommend this place! ❤️
