Vacation

Location is great, close to the beach. Gym and pool areas are great size; once the second hot tub opens up in the main area it will add even more space. Staff were all very friendly. Some rules/restrictions were over the top, but would defiantly stay again.

We have been coming to North Coast Village condos for over 35 years and have stayed in many different condos there. D300 was lovely; very clean and accommodating with an excellent view. We had a problem with insects in the bathroom that we reported 4 or 5 times to the management and were told each time that someone would come and spray the drains for that but no one came and it was very unpleasant. I know insects are part of beach life but this was excessive- I wish On the Sand would have followed through.

When you reached out, we sent someone right away to assess the situation and then turned it over to the HOA since that area falls under their care. They sprayed and sealed all the skylights to prevent it from happening again. We are really sorry this impacted your stay and we are grateful for your persistence and patience while we worked to resolve it.
