The house was well furnished, clean and in a central location to the attractions that we wanted to visit. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

The house was just as described! It was very clean and well equipped. The porch was a piece of heaven sitting on top of a mountain with a gorgeous view! Would love to stay here again!

The cabin was great with a beautiful view! Everything we needed was provided including dishes, pots/pans, seasonings and cleaning supplies! It was a very quiet neighborhood and close to Cleveland and Helen.

Perfect!!

Love everything about this house. Location, size, entertainment, cleanliness. The game room was great entertainment for our grandson and my favorite was the amazing coffee bar and early morning quiet time out on the screened in porch admiring the beautiful view. Will definitely stay here again when we come back this way!!

Wedding

My daughter and her family and I stayed there to be close to the wedding venue for my niece. It was only 10 minutes away. We enjoyed the home and the hostess Brittany was very accommodating. Being on the side of a mountain was beautiful.

House was beautiful!! Location was great, we attended a wedding in Cornelia. Beds are comfy and everything worked perfectly. We all enjoyed our stay, even the dogs. I do wish they would mention that the outside access for the dogs was down a set of stairs. I have senior dogs and they didn’t like the stairs. It worked out, they just needed extra help going down the stairs. I would have still rented here, but it would have been nice to know that. Maybe it’s in the listing and I just didn’t see it.

Location/clean/great for dogs!

We stayed for a quick family weekend to Helen. The property is in a great location, very private, surrounded by the forest. Fire pit was awesome for night time relaxing. The home was appointed with everything you need. Downstairs game room was great, especially with the rain. Dogs loved having a fenced in yard!! That was a huge bonus. We will definitely be back!

Not Owl Landing Treehouse, but lovely stay

We didn't actually stay at this property but at another one of Brittany's properties nearby, because of a mix up with dates. Brittany was great at working with us to make it right and then some. Her other property is spacious and very clean. It probably worked out better for us in the end.

Owl Landing

Lots of space. Game room in basement was clutch! Close to Helen and state parks. This did not bother us but is noteworthy that 2 of the 3 bedrooms would be subject to noise of tv and family room because of the openings and sliding barn door. Loved the multiple tvs and WiFi was great for all 4 of us!

Wedding

We had a family wedding to go to. We were close enough to get to the wedding and even Helen for part of the day Saturday. Everyone loved the house and there was something for us all to do. Such as if you wanted to rest or shot pool. My daughter is ready to go back.

Great stay at owl landing

My family enjoyed our stay at owl landing… the house was great! Very clean and had everything you would expect with great decor and added little touches such as: a rack with throw blankets, plenty of dishwater, games and puzzles in game room downstairs and much more… close to Helen and great hiking! Our host Brittany was great, going the extra mile to make it comfortable and even sending my oldest daughter some makeup she forgot ( that was very sweet, Brittany). I would definitely recommend owls landing to anyone and we intend on coming back. Like my youngest daughter kept calling it, “ our Georgia Home” 😉 Warmest Regards, Jason

Owl's Landing was a great family mountain retreat! Just do keep in mind on your way up the extreme neighborhood hills that you are indeed in the mountains. There was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out comfortably. Whether it be outside on one of the multiple porches, inside playing pool on the first floor, grabbing a snack on the second floor, or catching some Zs on the third floor. Our host was working fantastically behind the scenes making this place feel like a true mountain home away from home and provided every essential a traveler would need. We would definitely stay here again...perhaps in the fall so we can see what the amazing mountain views look like all ablaze in their Autumn attire.

The holder house was absolutely perfect! We were there for our honeymoon/10 year anniversary vacation and walking into a happy anniversary banner, card and flowers really made our day after a 15 hour car ride. We spoke to our host a few times throughout our stay (not for anything wrong) and she replied almost immediately. I will 100% stay again! Thank you so so so much for making our time such a great memory. House was extremely clean and the description was exact. We played our nights in playing pool and enjoying the two porches.

Tuve una estancia de 4 noches con mi familia y mascotas, fueron unos días relajantes y divertidos. Me gustó mucho la posibilidad de tener mis mascotas ahí y que la casa está accesible para ellas. Solo creo se puede cuidar un poco más de la limpieza. Es un casa muy linda y la decoración navideña nos gustó mucho.

Perfect for us!

Brittany was an excellent host! The house had everything we needed and them some. The Christmas tree was beautiful! Since we are currently living in a RV, the space was appreciated. It felt like a mansion in comparison. We enjoyed the pool table and dart board. Very convenient to Helen, which was the reason for our trip. We definitely would stay here again!
