Large sunny deck with fire pit & grill. Enjoying the ocean waves, passing boats and sea birds over the large front lawn. The house is newly furnished. With beach chair & towel, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washer & dryer.

Short walk to Hyannis ferry, boat launch, fishing and restaurants. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi.

This is a modern 1st floor beach apartment filled with sunlight! Enjoy your morning coffee with ocean view. The HUGE deck will provide you with plenty of space to enjoy a book or grill up some steak and enjoy a meal at the table. Inside is a full kitchen with beautiful new appliances. Bedroom #1 and #2 has Queen bed. Living area has a pull out couch with full size bed.

Hyannis is right around the corner with great restaurants and oh-so-much more - including waterfront dining, tourist shops and boutiques, ice cream shops, ferries to the islands, whale watch cruises, sailing, farmer's markets and museums. Enjoy water sports, fishing, windsurfing, kiting, swimming, sunbathing, boat watching and more. This is the place to build new Cape Cod summer memories with you and yours, except now equipped with WiFi and television.

Close to seagull beach, smugglers beach, grays beach(boardwalk) , mayflower beach and many others. The small beach in front of the house is private and you can go there anytime for free.

We had a great time. We had everything we needed, our host provided all information we needed before we arrived. We could even see the boats on the water while we ate breakfast. We were downstairs and my sister's family was upstairs - wonderful to be so close and also have enough space for everyone.

We had a restful stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and is just 100 yards from the beach. It has a nice, large porch, and all the amenities to cook at home. Hyannis has plenty to do - fishing charters, boat cruises, and ferries to/from islands. Hyannis center is a 3 minute drive from the house. For a family of four, we were very comfortable. The host was very responsive, we were able to make a last minute request and were accommodated.
