INTERIOR:
"Gairdín Beithe" (birch garden), we acquired at the end of 2018 and have lovingly completely renovated. The house is now equipped with an easy-care vinyl floor in all bedrooms as well as in the living/dining area. a comfortable ambience. The other rooms have a tiled floor. In addition to electric heating, the stove in the living room provides an inviting, cosy warmth on cold days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. In the adjacent utility room there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, which makes daily routine work easier. The house has three bedrooms (description and bed size see photos) , three bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open living-, dining- and kitchen area.
(R2) Bedlinen and towels are supplied free of charge once at the start of rental. The client washes these during his stay if necessary. At the end of his stay it will be done by the landlord or his caretaker.
LOCATION:
The detached house is located in the colorful village of Sneem at the end of a dead end on a well-kept property with a beautiful garden. From the garden you can enjoy the idyllic view of the mountains. The mouth of the Sneem River is about 150 meters from Gairdín Beithe. The paths along there are ideal for relaxing walks or hikes. Alternatively, you are within a few minutes walk in the center of the village. There you can stroll through the shops or visit the beautiful cafes, excellent restaurants and pubs with traditional live music. Sneem is located on the Ring of Kerry / Wild Atlantic Way. Parknasilla (3 km) has a 12-hole golf course and subtropical gardens. Four 18-hole golf courses are within 30 km. Pier and deep water marina are 4 km away. Enjoy this place without light pollution. "Gairdín Beithe" is perfect for relaxing, hiking, biking, fishing or swimming at nearby beaches.

ADDITION HOUSE RULES:
(R3) The tenant is obliged to state the number of guests and their ages before making a booking. The booking confirmation refers exclusively to these specified persons.
Temporary overnight visits by additional persons are possible for longer-term bookings (14 days or more). This requires prior written agreement and consent from the landlord. However, the specified maximum number of guests may not be exceeded.
