Our villa in Kalkan Kördere, surrounded by nature with sea view, offers you a wonderful holiday opportunity. The summer villa has a private swimming pool and a children's pool and is ideal for large families and groups of friends. The most important feature of our facility, which consists of 17 different private pool rental villa complexes, is that it has a restaurant that appeals to many tastes, and it has a common infinity swimming pool that merges with the sky, with a large 30x10 children's pool.
All of our rental villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests.
Our villa can accommodate 8 people. 0-6 years old is free. Our villa and other villas are delivered to our guests after they have been cleaned. In our villa, a general cleaning is done free of charge, upon the request of guests, for 7-night stays. An extra cleaning fee is required for stays under 6 nights.
Our rental villa with a capacity of 8 people has 4 bedrooms.
1. Bedroom ; There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
2. Bedroom ; There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
3. Bedroom ; There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
4. Bedroom ; There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and living rooms.
Our villa has a heated indoor pool. The use of the hot pool is not included in the price and is subject to an extra fee. The hot pool is open for use in the winter season.
