Fully fenced, pet-friendly, ideal for families

Villa Milena is located in the heart of Istria, in a warm and sunny location, on the edge of a small village. Beaches in Rovinj, charming medieval towns in the interior of Istria, historical monuments of Pula ... are all within 30 minutes of the house. The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within 10 minutes drive.

The stone villa is newly renovated and modern furnished. The enclosed and fully fenced garden has a large swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas, plenty of space for children, BBQ and a large outdoor dining table. There is also a swing and a slide for children!

The interior is new, modern and spacious. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms, the house has capacity for 10 people, while additional cots are available. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and an additional toilet.
The first floor has 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has free FLAT WiFi for our guests and private parking is guaranteed.

Wonderful build modern house

We had a wonderful time with 5 kids and 6 adults. The owner prepared the house with passion and love. Everything was very nice and we definitely would book this house again. The depth of the pool is around 80cm, so perfekt for smaller kids.

Lovely home in central location!

Really beautifully renovated building. Modern kitchen/ bathrooms but nice thick stone walls too! Hosts were friendly, generous and always responded quickly to any questions. Centrally located so most sites we wanted to see were 30-45 min drive away from the house. Swings in the backyard were great for our kids!

Beautiful house, lovely owners

We had such a fantastic holiday at the beautiful Villa Milena. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. The garden was beautiful, with chickens to feed and tomatoes to pick an unexpected bonus. The pool was perfect, small but wonderfully refreshing. The owners were really warm, friendly and made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you so much Morena and Tihan xxx

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück.Sehr ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre. Für die Kids genug platz zum spielen.Für die Hunde ausreichend Platz im komplett eingezäunten Grundstück.Die Zimmer groß genug und sauber.Badezimmer fantastisch. Vom Haus aus ist die Küstenregion in alle Richtungen gut in 20-40min erreichbar je nachdem wo man hin will.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Exzellentes Ferienhaus in privater Atmosphäre

Wir wurden von Tihan und Morena mit einem prall gefüllten Obstteller und Eiern sehr herzlich begrüsst. Das Haus ist sauber und der Landhausstil begeistert. Das abgeschlossene Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar und sorgt aufgrund der Grösse für angenehme Privatsphäre. Der extra Partyraum mit Extra Kühlschrank als auch die Aussentoilette sind sehr praktisch. Leider ist die vielfach fotografierte Holzbeplankung um den Pool nicht mehr vorhanden. Stattdessen sind lstrientypisch Steine an deren Stelle. Das ist okay, aber dann sollten bitte die Fotos geändert werďen. Ansonsten alles bestens ! Privatsphäre.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren gerade für 2 Wochen mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 jugendliche Mädchen) in diesem schönen Haus. Da das Haus etwas nach hinten gesetzt ist, kann man den Garten von der Straße aus nur schlecht einsehen. Zur Erholung im Garten ist das super. Es war alles so wie angegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super und wir haben sogar frische Eier von eigenen Hühnern und Kuchen geschenkt bekommen.

Sehr schönes Objekt, netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, hat alles gepasst, der Pool ist tatsächlich eher für Kinder geeignet, aber zum erfrischen ok. Können das Objekt gerne weiterempfehlen!

Ideale Unterkunft für Urlaub mit Hund

Super Urlaub

Das Haus war das Beste, was ich je im Urlaub erlebt habe. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Räume und die Bäder waren fantastisch. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, unkompliziert und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Der Standort des Hauses war zwar nicht am Meer, aber man konnte sehr schnell zu den schönsten Orten (Porec und Rovin) von Istrien gelangen.

Super schönes Haus in Zentral-Istriem

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind für 2 Wochen in der Villa Milena. Trotz (staubedingt) verspäteter Ankunft war der Check-in problemlos. Tihan gab uns sogar noch eine Einweisung und erklärte alles. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage im Zentrum Istriens Lage erfordert zwar, dass immer ein Auto braucht. Aber das wussten wir vorher und das mindert unsere Bewertung nicht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes fiel das Warmwasser aus-dieses Problem wurde noch am selben Tag behoben. Grundsätzlich war Tihan jederzeit erreichbar! Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub und ein perfekter Ort zum entspannen.

Gemütliches Sandsteinhaus in kleinem Ort

Wir haben im September 2022 10 Tage hier verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Willkommensgruß mit heimischen Weintrauben und Feigen war sehr nett. Tihan war immer sofort zur Stelle wenn Tipps gefragt waren oder etwas nicht funktionierte.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Traumhafte Villa mitten in Istrien

Rundum schön, sehr geräumig, viel Platz und genug Zimmer für die ganze Großfamilie (wir waren zu siebt). Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großer und vielfältig gestalteter Außenbereich und ausreichend großer Pool. Tipp: Mückenspray und Moskitonetze könnten hilfreich sein. Hühnerfüttern großer Spaß (vor allem für die Kleinsten) und verschiedene Strände und andere Ausflugsziele mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar.

Urlaub im Endsaison

Alles sehr gut gelaufen und eswar eine sehr schöne Urlaub wo wir sowohl die Ruhe ima ländlichen Raum in Istrien genießen könnten als auch die Lebendigkeit vom Rovinj und Porec. Wir könnten im Pool ein bisschen baden, grillen und eawar einfach eine Tolle Urlaub.

Super nette Vermieter und sehr schönes Haus

Es war wirklich ein gelungener Sommerurlaub mit einer befreundeten Familie und insgesamt 5 Kindern im Alter zwischen 3 und 7. Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und durch einen nicht zu tiefen Pool und Schaukeln perfekt für unsere Kinder. Die Menschen in der Gegend und insbesondere die Vermieter sind unglaublich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle zwei Tage wurde der Pool wirklich unaufdringlich gereinigt und der PH Wert kontrolliert. Dabei wurde immer eine Kleinigkeit mitgebracht, Obst, Gemüse, auch mal Kuchen oder selbst gemachter Käse. Sehr lecker! Im Garten selber wachsen Tomaten und Zucchini, die wir ernten konnten. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub für Familien.

Super schönes Haus

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa Milena. Wir wurden herzlich von den Vermietern begrüßt, das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir waren zu neunt und hatten genügend Platz. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit dem Auto ist der Supermarkt und Ausflugsziele gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und äußerst Gastfreundlich. Im Garten wachsen frische Zuccinis und Tomaten die wir ernten durften, die waren super. Außerdem wurden wir täglich mit frischen Eiern versorgt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Alles perfekt

Wir können nur lobende Worte finden. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Objektes, die Lage, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur... wir finden keinen Kritikpunkt. Auf Nachfragen vor Ort wurde sofort reagiert. Neben regelmäßiger Pool-Pflege gaben uns die Ansprechpartner vor Ort Empfehlungen für Strand und Ausflugsziele. Auf unseren Wunsch hin wurde umgehend Insektenschutz an den Fenstern angebracht. Zudem wurden wir mit selbst gemachten Wein und Grappa versorgt. Wir haben uns rundum versorgt und aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles bestens, wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Pool, Grill, ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl innen und außen sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, jedoch sind die Städte Rovinj und Porec in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Einkaufsläden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Hauseigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
