About this property

Modern charmer! Close to downtown/Sanford/Auggie/USF

Walk into your fun stay on beautiful hardwood floors on the main. Upstairs, find two bedrooms, one a king, one queen and a bathroom with a dining room and kitchen to prep your meals!

Stairs are required usage in the home for the third bedroom and living room, which are downstairs.

Downstairs you will find a family room with a 3rd bedroom and the washer and dryer. There is a toilet in the laundry room, but no sink or shower.

After you get settled, relax back in the privacy fenced backyard!

You will be a 2min drive or 15 minute walk to the campus’ of Augustana, USF and Sioux Falls Seminary. You are 3 mins away from the Sanford Hospital Campus if you are visiting a new baby joining your family or someone staying at the castle. 7 mins away from the Avera Hospital as well! Want a night downtown? You are 8 minutes from shopping/food and outdoor music in our amazing downtown area! Wanna load up on stuff to buy? The empire mall and Empire Place offer tons of shopping and food also! We have a one stall driveway, which can fit two cars if they are smaller. (Please do not block the sidewalk) otherwise we have street parking g to the east of the house.

We have a pack and play if you need as well as 2
Foldable cots for kids (just ask and we will leave them out. (We do not have a baby gate for the stairs).

We have neighbors, so we would ask for quiet time outside after 9pm. No smoking on the property and no parties. Having a few guests visit is ok, but the max sleeping in the home is 6.

We do not allow smoking on the property, please respect the no smoking request.

Hope to stay here again!

We stayed here while visiting my daughter who attends USF, the house is conveniently located close to campus! This place is cute, clean & very accommodating for families/adults. We were able to make & enjoy dinner as a family on Saturday evening & the foosball coffee table in the family room was a big hit! Not only is there the 2 bedrooms upstairs, a bedroom in the basement but the couch pulls out into a bed too. Mike was courteous & quick to respond to my messages. We really enjoyed our visit & hope to stay here when we visit Sioux Falls again!

Excellent Home!

We had an awesome experience at this home that is much bigger than the pictures show! The house is located in a safe and cute neighborhood that is the perfect location to head downtown to a restaurant or walk to a sweet neighborhood bakery. The home is extremely clean and the owners went above and beyond with comfort. For example, the beds are super comfy, the towels are luxurious and even the floor rugs are extra fluffy and soft. So much thought and effort went into making sure our stay went well. We will absolutely be booking here again in the future.

Very nice stay and accommodations

We were very pleased with this stay. House was very clean and well stocked. Fenced backyard was very nice for any smaller kids wanting to be outside. Host was very timely in response and offered information about what we might enjoy in town which was quite thoughtful. Good location to Augustana. Would certainly stay again.

Adorable, clean and close to everything and the most thoughtful hosts!

Check-in was super easy and the hosts left us a gift of delicious cookies from a local bakery! The house was a beautifully remodeled home. Light, bright and with all the amenities of home. The bedding and linens were good quality and we all agreeed the beds were very comfortable! The hosts provided us a list of fun things going on the weekend we were in town & recommended some of their favorites places to eat. The hosts checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and really made us feel welcome. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful home to stay in Sioux Falls area.
