Everything and More

Can't say enough about this property. One of the nicest condo's I've ever rented. Beautifully decorated and clean. The extra touches (kpod coffees, laudry pods, ice pebble fridge, electric sensor trashcan, jigsaw puzzles, pickleball equipment) made it for us - we will be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Wonderful Property

We visited Hot Springs (and Arkansas) for the first time over our spring break at the end of March and had a wonderful time. The condo is older but has been redecorated with many modern touches and updated with modern appliances, flooring, etc. It was extremely clean, well organized and contained everything we needed for a great stay. There were even coffee pods, sugar, and some various spices. After a couple of days spent digging for treasures, it was nice to have a washer and dryer to come back to as well. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having the balcony to sit on each evening. There were plenty of towels as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not yet open for the season. That was probably a no-brainer for locals, but for us, coming to temps in the 70s after the long winter in MN, we would have taken a quick swim! : ) There were so many other things to enjoy in Hot Springs though that the pool didn't matter. The pickle ball courts were fun! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Hot Springs.
