One Bedroom King one bath shower, In the living room there is a Queen sleeper Sofa & Day twin Bed with a trundle twin underneath that can be moved out. Longer stays larger discounts for stays over 7 nights and 28 days. Most of the stays are over 28 days but i do open up for Races and music events for shorter stays please inquire if system is blocking dates that you are needing.
Great Location, Great for Short Term Traveling Nurses or working in area short term and don't want a hotel stay. Need extra room for visitors? visiting and need a escape place?
Great for Bristol events! Its Bristol Baby!!! NASCAR, Music, Casino.
(6) guest staying is a extra charge.

Common parking area for one vehicle, no large trucks, there is room for on street parking. I park my truck on the street when I'm staying there, not responsible for damages for parked vehicles.
Common area for chilling and grilling gas and pellet smoker if you choose to do some tailgating before your event. need to borrow a cooler? there are (2) large coolers on site.

*Take out trash when needed, trash bins located driveway side. * clean up after pet place in plastic bag , place in trash bins.
Wash white towels or bed sheets in cold only, with no other cloths.
Use of grill is open 9am till 9pm. Please turn gas tank off, place cover back on grill after its cooled. Your lighter and grill tools in kitchen.

Our stay was flippin awesome. i kept in touch with owner during our airline fiasco. Once we finally made to the VRBO, the AC's were running and on high. The rooms were comfortably cool. We got the meet the owner in the morning and had a great conversation for at least a half our plus. The rooms were very nice and clean. The owner filled us in on stuff and things to do in Bristol. The location is perfect for any body that drives. Not even 5 mins to the store and a fantastic little restaurant. Stay on the same road a person can get to the racetracks. My wife and I drove all over the place and finding the house was always easy. An awesome surprise was found in our fridge after the Saturday night race. Barbeque chicken wings, meats from his gathering at his place. We were invited but wanted to check out the race. He always kept informed about parking. My wife and I have already decided that if we go back, that's were staying again. A great place, super owner and a great little town. HUGE thumbs up. Was told my wife and I will bringing friends along. It has the room for them. Thanks again for everything.

To start off Brad was so helpful prior to checking in and even more once we arrived. The check in process went flawless and there was zero want for the stay. We were there for the Nascar Race which was a quick and very easy drive, to and from. The neighborhood is nice and quiet at night which made for a great sleep in the most comfy bed. I would recommend this place to everyone unless I need it that weekend. Overall we had an amazing experience.
