The drinking water is delicious! We have a 500 ft deep spring well, the water is pure (better than bottled).
There is a trail to the waterfall that is accessed off the driveway by the "waterfall" sign. The trail is a combination of stair steps, platforms, and natural trail. This section is rocky and may be muddy so wear sturdy shoes.
Please, if exploring the property, keep your eye out for poison ivy. There is an area where we have a no trespassing sign (we call this poison valley)
The deck can be slippery when wet.
There is a trash box in the parking area. It is very important to re-attach the latches after placing your trash in the box to keep the bears out.
The treehouse has no curtains or sheer curtains we have left eye mask for you to use if the light bothers you.
Please rinse off before using the hot tub.
Next to the trash can in the treehouse is a bin for recycling, join us in staying green! Please rinse and place all can's, glass, cardboard and plastic in this bin.
Please use hot pads if placing any hot or warm dishes on all surfaces.

The hot tub towels (aqua blue) are located in the desk/ dresser under the window in the 2nd drawer.
This is a small space. The air conditioner works really well, if you are leaving the property for a few hours please turn off the air conditioner. Please don't run the A.C. with the windows open.
If using the outdoor shower (hot is cold- cold is hot) the handle is backwards.
