This place would be great with a few small adjustments - a new shower curtain that isn't too big for the tub so it never dries; slightly nicer towels - I don't know where one could find such thin towels; and WiFi.

Check-in was very quick and efficient with a keylock. Although we were told that we would need to pay a deposit of 300 CHF in cash, we didn't have to in the end.There was a misunderstanding when we arrived and wanted to park in reverse, and the elderly couple living beneath the apartment came rather annoyed, knocking on the window angrily, because they preferred that we park forward-facing. I think this could have been communicated in a much calmer manner, we didn't mean to do any harm, and turned around when we understood what they wanted. The location of the apartment is perfect if you are coming to ski, the Grindelwald Terminal along with the Eiger Express and the Männlichenbahn are 2 minutes away on foot. The apartment itself is a bit dated but it offers excellent value for the price, it is spacious with two bedrooms, a living room and multiple terraces, and the kitchen is very well equipped with utensils. One thing that was surprising was the lack of shower gel in the bathroom, I don't even remember when I rented out last an apartment where there was no shower gel.On the last day, the couple living below kindly lended us a snow shovel to free our car as there was heavy snowing during the night.Overall I'm happy to recommend this house to anyone coming to the Jungfrau region. Some reviewers were annoyed with the noise of the main road but I think it is a bit exaggerated, it was nothing severe.

Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Sauberkeit im badezimmer war mangelhaft da tote fliegen und krümel auf dem boden waren. In der küche das selbe, geschier war teils auch nicht sauber. Die küche war aber sehr gut ausgerüstet. Wir hätten uns gefreut über ein paar aktivitätsbroschüren von grindelwald und umgebung. Wohnungspreis war gut aber das was wir bezahlt haben für die endreinigung war die wohnung zu dreckig. Positiv war das wir auch noch vor ort kinderuntersielien mieten konnten.

Si vous aimez le bruit

Appartement spacieux, un peu vieillard, mais tout fonctionne. 4 lits, malheueusement assez petits. Mais ce qui dérange, c'est le bruit des voisins d'à côté et surtout le bruit des voitures. La maison est située à la route principale, donc pas agréable d'utiliser le balcon et la Terrasse spazieren, sauf si vous voulez compter les voitures, camions et bus. Pour plus que 1.000 CHF par semaine trop cher. Acceuil très gentil et professionel.

Mooie woning, gedateerd ingericht. De keukeninrichting is zeer compleet. Helaas ligt het balkon boven de enige toegangsweg naar het centrum. Het vele verkeer geeft overlast zoals lawaai en uitlaatgassen. Woning wordt beheerd door dame, communicatie met haar is moeilijk. Ik had ondersteuning van Interhome (lokale vestiging in het centrum)

We loved it. Rosa is a very kind host. For the price, it was everything we could have expected. The place was clean, had amazing views, and was easily walkable to the center of Grindelwald.

Cozy apartment for a family to visit the area. A little bit old fashioned furniture but clean. Noisy at first hour in the morning because of the main road passing nearby. Owner living downstairs very kind. Apartamento muy cómodo para una familia para visitar la zona. Los muebles son bastante antiguos pero está todo muy limpio. Se oye ruido ya desde primera hora de la mañana debido a la carretera principal que pasa por delante. La dueña, que vive en en el piso de abajo, es muy amable.

Nett, sauber und zweckmässig

Wohnung zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Parkplatz vor Haus. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Achtung: sollte nicht gebucht werden, wenn Autolärm stört. Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse und ab 06.00 h gibt's regen Morgenverkehr, abends dasselbe.
