Newly built (2017) downstairs apartment. Upstairs is the May Rose Cottage and this is the downstairs portion, and completely separate. Bathroom is very custom. Kitchen includes gas cook top range and disposal. There are large decks for sitting and enjoying the ambiance of the lush well tended grounds.
