Bring the whole family to this great waterfront home with lots of room for fun, sun and relaxation. This home has 7 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 full kitchens. It is newly updated and large enough for multiple families to enjoy while still maintaining your privacy, but also cozy and comfortable for single-family use. Our Association Beach is steps away for relaxation or a day of fun water activities. There are two kayaks and two paddle boards for your use as well as many beach toys for the little ones to stay busy while they play in the sand or search for hermit crabs along the shore. Located in beautiful Buzzards Bay for quick access to all on Cape and off Cape beaches and activities. You'll be sure to enjoy your time here whether it is staying busy with area attractions or relaxing by the beach.

Very happy with our stay!

We stayed at this property July 22-29, 2023. Jennifer was the perfect host - she responded quickly to questions and gave us her cell phone number in case we had any major issues during our stay (we didn't!) The house was perfectly located - in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood. The beachfront access is just a few steps down from the house. The water is calm and can be shallow, especially in low tide, ideal for families with kids. We were fortunate to have warm weather so the water was refreshing, but still warmer than most beaches in New England. We used the paddle boards (2) and kayaks (3) provided. It really felt like a lake, except with salt water, which we really enjoyed. The house was clean. We were 3 families of 4 adults and 7 children, and we never felt like it was too crowded. We really appreciated the 7 bedrooms with all the twin beds! The kitchen is a bit small but functional. There are two kitchens, but we only used one. Note that there is no central air conditioning, but wall units that cover most of the house, although upstairs bedrooms can get a bit hot since there is only one unit for the whole floor. The house offers beautiful views of the water, and the sunrise was worth getting up early for! Wareham is really perfectly located, easy to plan day trips to Cape Cod and Boston. Overall we were very happy with the house! Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay!

Originally from the South Shore, we wanted to return and enjoy this beautiful area with our family.

Why they chose this property

Once we saw the expansive bay views with the private beach setting we knew it would be a great spot to both relax and entertain.

What makes this property unique

Enough space for larger families or multiple families as well as quick access to all on-Cape and off-Cape activities is the advantage of this property. One could easily travel into Boston and back if needed or over the bridge to Provincetown. Traveling in any direction for work or pleasure is very easy from this location.
